Amazing team! The lady at reception was lovely and very helpful on the phone. Terry was very knowledgeable with Teslas and took the time to properly check the car. He explained that the issue raised by another WOF provider was not a fault, but related to how Teslas are inspected compared to other vehicles. Thanks again to the team! I recently get the wof and the full service for my Toyota auris with willow and the team. At the beginning there was some misunderstanding but willow have explained to me very clearly and patiently. I am very happy when i received my car. The car perform so much better after serviced. Will come back next time to change the tyres. Highly recommend willow and the team
They might be good if you have a specific task to accomplish (WOF, oil change, etc) but if you are unaware what causes a problem and want them to investigate, I won't do it here. Tried them a couple of times, they spent the whole day, charged me a fortune, without actually fixing anything. All I get is a 2-min talk of what sophisticated checks they have done, a few mechanical jargon, and a request to bring the car back if the same problem happens again (which would indeed happen). Took the car to another mechanic and got it fixed within a couple of hours, paid half the amount and by the way, it's nothing related to what they proposed.
5 stars for sure, my 2nd time to do WOF in here, only 4 mins far away from my home, very efficient service and friendly staff, definitely will come back again.

After battling for many weeks with a grossly disinterested Mazda service team, the guys at Auto Super Shoppe Forrest Hill listened to our explanation of the car's issues, suggested a solution, ordered the part, and resolved the problem, all within a few days. Our Mazda 2012's TCM issue has now been resolved at a reasonable price, accompanied by technical understanding of the underlying issue (and therefore applying the right solution), and great customer service.
Had an urgent issue with my break pads and rotors on Saturday, the team is so nice and professional. Got my car back within two hours and could continue driving it to enjoy my weekends in Auckland. Thanks a lot!!!
