   AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my partner got two small tattoo's from here 3 months ago, i reached out a couple of weeks after when it had healed and raised concerns that the tattoo's were not good enough and were a mess. The needle has barely entered the skin, it has no solid lines and has dots were the needle has been stopped and started again. The artist took no responsibility for this, no apology and just blamed the location of the tattoo. Refused to refund the funds (literally $200?!?!) and is now ignoring messages. DO NOT go here if you want proper work doing or a good job, clearly they're inexperienced and the fact the tattoo artist had no tattoo's was a red flag immediately.

   The tattooists were awesome, friendly and very artistic, they have Dude there which is a small tea cup poodle who keeps you company while waiting. I took my girlfriend there for her birthday and was keeping in contact with one of the artists for a month, so the communication is excellent. Overall they work is very well detailed and they work quick with good prices Regards Kenton

   This married couple, Panda (thus, the name) and Reuben were top notch. We went to two other shops close by, and only checked this shop out cuz it was close, but the vibe was so welcoming and inviting, our choice was very easy. This isn't even close to our first tattoos and atmosphere and vibe are really important when you're trusting someone with something permanent. We're from the USA and wanted tattoos to commemorate our visit to Australia and New Zealand. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by "Dude," their tiny peach poodle pooch. Immediate bonus points! Showed them a picture of the ink we wanted. My husband was hoping for something similar but didn't want "twinsies" tattoos. Reuben is part Maori and immediately came up with a similar design for him, but not exactly the same. They quoted us a price that was beyond reasonable and we were able to pay with a credit card (unheard of back home). The atmosphere was so welcoming, it felt like we were BFFs. Go ahead and shop around, but give these two a chance - you will not be disappointed. (You can probably tell, but only the kangaroo tattoos are new.)

   Would definitely get another tattoo done here if I am back in Auckland. I only had about 1.5 days here in Auckland on my trip and wanted a tattoo while here. I saw Jinny had some really cool new flash and quickly messaged. She was quick to respond and was able to fit me in the next day. I had to book and pay a deposit and being international Jinny and Panda were very patient while I figured that out on my app the evening before. The shop is easy to find and everyone is very nice. Dude their dog is so tiny and cute, he kept me company while waiting for my stencils. I absolutely love my new tattoos and the style they are in. Definitely a great way to remember the kick off of my New Zealand trip :)

   I am from australia, i planned a holiday in new zealand 8 months in advanced and with that, booked the tattoo appointment then too. Since then ive had great communication with them, they were very helpful anytime i needed it, even came out to help me find the shop when i got lost. The design is exactly what i was after even tho i didnt give a great description to give them, but they designed my tattoo exactly in my style for me and even accomdated having to avoid a skin spot. The tattoo was very relaxing, they were very kind and comforting. I had a terrible tattoo experience just before this last tattoo and they have managed to make me feel comfortable to go back to getting tattoos. I even got a little gift after the tattoo, so cute. Thank you pinkpanda, i love the design and i appreciate the patience ☺️ 100% would reccomend.

   Nice people. Were advised 1 - 1.5 hrs and it took nearly 3. Had 3 different people doing the tattoo so not sure if we were booked in with someone learning, not that I have a problem with that but would be good to know when booking and they were communicating why 3 different people were doing it. When advised I have a flight, they said they can rush and due to the already have alot of colour not holding on the tattoo compare to the many Ive had before. They offer free touch ups which is good but not from Auckland so unlikely to take it up. Would go again if had the main lady do it. *Update. Just wanted to acknowledge they did reach out offered a discount and did apologize. They were all super nice and thanks again

   Panda is cool to deal with, really thoughtful and takes her work seriously and I am blown away by her artistic talent. Her delicate pieces are my favourite. Definitely hit her up if you are wanting some ink.
