“I was so impressed with Bake n Beans! I ordered a cake on the spot, and they delivered it beautifully and right on time. The service was absolutely amazing — very friendly, fast, and professional. The cake itself was fresh, delicious, and looked fantastic even on short notice. It’s not easy to find a bakery that can handle last-minute requests with such quality and care, but Bake n Beans did it perfectly. I’m really grateful for their effort and will definitely order from them again. Highly recommended!”
“The food was good, and the pasta made fresh in the cheese wheel was unique, but the limited menu was a bit of a bummer.”
“Really nice food. Attentive waitress. Belly pork is so tasty. Can smell BBQ before you even go in. Great food”
“Awesome customer service. The efptos machine wasnt working and my bill was $15 but i only got $12. The lady on the counter gave me a discount. Really happy with that. Its our more than 10 th time here. Food is always tasty , specially the skewers/kebab”
“I like coming to this shop. It's conveniently located with other shops and has parking right out front. The staff are always friendly and work very hard to ensure there is always a fresh variety of veg and non veg sushi. Their prices are very reasonable. I like buying the half and half, or the daily choice. They have a new promotional wrap which is made from soy bean instead of seaweed. It compares in taste, but is a bit softer which compromise the structure of the sushi a bit, but it's actually quite good.”
“Very fresh, great service plenty of space to eat and sit, does get packed on its little rushes highly recommend”
“Staff is very helpful , caring and always smiling. I usually go thrice a week with my autistic child which can be nuisance to other people but these people are very caring and full of patience.”
“Food was really nice. My main was rice with an egg omelette on top with fried chicken on top of that. That cost me $24.00. My entree was 6 pieces fried pork done in a batter. These set me back $9.00. I got reasonable portions so I do recommend this place. It has a quiet atmosphere which was nice to be able to hear my friend talk. Overall a great place to go.”
“Absolutely amazing - the lady’s are super friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. So good to feel good afterwards too - fresh & healthy Best subway I’ve been to in NZ”
“On my way home from work yesterday, I stopped by this sushi shop and bought three boxes of sushi. The salmon and avocado were very fresh, and the sushi was delicious. Even though it was close to closing time, they still provided excellent service. I highly recommend this place!”
“Excellent opportunity to have some good food around Hereford av. In Central Christchurch. The music remembers me an Japanese karaoke with no doubt. Lovely staff and delicious food, was a very good pick specially with our first table reservation what guarantee’s us 50% off.”
“The staff were friendly and quick, and the whole place had a clean, welcoming vibe. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, this is hands-down one of the best kebab spots in town. Highly recommend!”
“Outstanding Service I was served at 11am on 1st October by a young man (unfortunately I forgot to get his name). He went out of his way with his customer service, and the sub he made was beautifully prepared and fresh.”
At Pita Pit Cameron Road, the menu stays breakfast‑and‑brunch with tidy execution. Breakfast plates are tidy and satisfying. Wraps hold together with fresh salads and steady sauces. Meat‑free options are woven into the menu.

“Love the food and the team they do an amazing job.”
“They say you should save little treats for special occasions, but to that I say is there ever a moment more special than the present? My time at this subway has been a time I cherish. The workers here will make you feel like you've got them in your corner, make you feel like you can count on them. Walking into here, I smelt the familiar smell of some hot riblets. But when I left? I left with the warm comfort of the evergreen subway experience. You must love your life like this, hug your friends and kiss your loved ones. Get yourself a pork riblet on malted rye and share it the world”
“Went here for brunch, was great, food and coffee was nice, service was fast and staff friendly, plenty of outside tables so could sit and enjoy food without having to leave the dog in the car”
“I have been meaning to leave a review for these guys for ages! I have been coming here for years and have never been let down with their service or food. Their food is top tier, and the best place in West to get a kebab. Their chips are very good too, they always serve them fresh. Great spot for lunch or dinner!”
“Big and spacious restaurant located in the Dining Precint on Sylvia Park. Service was good and overall restaurant was tidy and had nice ambience. In terms of taste, I did find it a little more on the bland side.”
“Such a cute wee Japanese restaurant with extra friendly and extremely polite Japanese staff serving you. Food so delicious. Great value for money using First Table - makes eating out affordable, especially when you have a giant teenage boy to fill up! This is my second time visiting Arashi in two weeks becuase I loved it so much the first time.”
“The best place for big group dinners. Went on a Saturday night and the place was packed-had a great energy. The staff are very professional. They write down you name & order to ensure everyone gets the right thing. Food was alright- felt like the miso soup and the sauce on the grilled fish was overly sweet. But liked the crunchy prawn dumplings. Will definitely be back for future group celebrations”
“I think here is the cleanest Subway in Christchurch. Always foods in Subway are great!”
“Yummy yummy chicken teriyaki subs. Tasted so good and the vegetables were fresh as.”
“Love this place! The staff are always happy and polite, the food is fresh and delicious and its always clean and tidy. If you haven't ordered from the Donburi or the yaki udon, yaki soba menus I HIGHLY recommend it! They're made fresh and take about 10 to 15 minutes to cook depending on how busy they are, it's worth the wait! They taste delicious :)”
“Amazing, friendly staff that really make the experience enjoyable. Facilities are always clean too.”
Putaruru Food Court keeps things simple, bistro‑style and focused on flavour. Plates offer plenty without weighing things down. The team keeps things friendly and organised. Orders move at a steady pace.
“Food was really good more than I expected and cheap Can't say much to the service as I order on the tablet thing Atmosphere was alright pretty a empty space what don't get used Thanks guys”
“Awesome chicken bacon pineapple burger and the signature club sandwich was a very generous serving. The cabinet cakes are very expensive and not worth the price so we didn't order any. Apart from that I enjoyed lunch here”
