   had a very disappointing experience today, and I’m really sorry to say this, but it affects the reputation of your store and the whole chain. When I walked in to order, the staff member at the counter was playing on their phone. I ordered a flat white, but what I received was nothing like it — the coffee was as weak as water (see photo). When I mentioned it to the staff, she insisted that “this is a flat white.” I feel like I completely wasted my money. It really ruined my weekend morning.

   Very unprofessional service. My partner and I stopped in for a coffee, and we discussed whether we should have inside or takeway. I had a PRIVATE discussion with my partner about whether we should have inside or takeaway and with her wanting to takeaway and me wanting to have inside, and the lady at counter rudely interupted our PRIVATE conversation to interject and say "she said she wants takeaway" as if she is somehow sticking up for my partner when it was a light heated conversation once again PRIVATELY about whether we should drink it inside or not. Maybe she felt some feminist urge to defend a woman who did not need defending, as it was a PRIVATE easy going conversation. But I can say for sure I will never come back here and tell everyone I know in Hobsonville to avoid it. You thought you were some brave feminist hero sticking up for some woman who was having a friendly private converstaion that was NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, but all you ended up doing was creating a hostile and awkward environment and even my partner said she thought it was weird that you had to but in and clarify what she wants.

   Went here for brunch, was great, food and coffee was nice, service was fast and staff friendly, plenty of outside tables so could sit and enjoy food without having to leave the dog in the car

   Hi. I called and made the order for the loaded fries as I have done many times (the fries there is a negative review about). The owner answered the phone, took the order and handed the fries to me. I had to sent it back twice as there was 3 pieces of bacon and no mayo. Then a 3rd time I was assured the spring onions were under the fries. They were not. This has happened every time we have come here. We try to give them chance after chance but it continues happening. They don’t seem to know what comes on their dishes. Below shows what the fries are supposed to look like, what they did, the burnt bits under the fries, the raw bacon, the transaction proving it was Hobsonville coffee club (even though the owner said it wasn’t) and it shows the phone call I made to them today. Also showing it was Hobsonville coffee club. It’s definitely worth it to extend the drive and go to the Northwest branch, unless you like raw bacon of course. A second review wouldn’t have been made had you just been honest in the first one and owned up to it.

   Hey Everyone I just want to say this coffee club is very good, we were here on Saturday for breakfast and we were here on Sunday for lunch too, we had great time on Saturday and Sunday. This place is severe very good coffee, on Saturday we had our breakfast here and we order 5 coffee and all of them served hot with beautiful test, our coffee was made by Manshi and Krishna that was wonderful m we loved it Staff and owner here are so friendly , Place look nice , clean and beautiful. For the food , was served very beautifully and test very well too, I know some of the regular customers dropping some reviews about new management but it’s not right so I had to drop my review because I am also regular customer here from last 6 year, I haven’t seen anything going down here, although we have seen so many changes which me and my friends liked it a lot. See you next weekend coffee club Hobsonville

   It's sad to see our local coffee shop go downhill. If you want coffee, order the day before. (Only way to get your coffee on time) The serving team doesn't know what he brings The mocha had two inches of cream on it and it was the worst I've ever had. Just like hot water with chocolate taste. This isn't a place to relax and enjoy your coffee anymore.

   A terrible experience. I went to the coffee club with a voucher today and the staff didn’t know what the voucher was. They made it exceptionally difficult to use the voucher I had and then continued to overcharged me. I ordered two deluxe frappes at $8.80 each and they both came out with little ice blended into them and runny, nothing like a frappe. I then asked if the frappe I had been given was the caramel latte frappe I had order and was told it was just a latte but they could add caramel. On the other hand, the cabinet food (as seen in my images attached) looks stale, old and completely unpresentable for a cafe. Will not be going here again.

   It was great service by the staff at Coffee club Hobsonville, We were there since morning till lunch time , we loved food there , even in the busy hours owner managed very well. Ya I saw little ups and down in the customer service but it’s everywhere. What we loved here is the atmosphere , great service and food. Staff service was excellent, i am regular customer there I saw so many changes in the cafe after the New owner takeover, cafe looks more tidy and clean every time I walked in. Thank you coffee club Hobsonville.

   Absolutely disgusted by the service , waited an hour for two sandwiches, food was ordered way before other customers. Then my food was rushed and made with no respect, bread is all over the place and missing ingredients. Then some the sandwich was smudged with what looks like humus, absolutely disappointed

   Absolutely beautiful! From the amazing service, delicious coffees, flavor packed food... this place is an all rounder! They are always accommodating and do everything with the kindest heart and biggest smile! No coffees can compare to how good these are (believe us, we have tried many)! The food value is out of this world! The portion is large, fresh and full of yummy flavor every time! Lastly, with myself being vegan, their menu offers a variety of choice which is so humbling to know I won't be missing out or ever need to go through the struggles of modifying a dish. Their range is fantastic, highly recommend!
