Had the most thoughtful man serve us on Thursday night last week (mid November . I think his name tag said JL but could have been LJ too. He really was so kind and was such a delight! Took the time to make sure the order was just right for my toddler, and to make recommendations when I had mind blanks. Thank you!!
New clean and tidy place, Young guys working their are doing a fantastic job but need another employee sometimes its just too busy. Foods fresh and delicious, what you expect, love the cookies but prices are average especially in our current times
The lady serving me was quite rude. It says online you can get up to 13 sauces I only wanted 4 and she said βna 3 sauces onlyβ so I was like thatβs okay. They didnβt even have the bread I wanted in stock and didnβt even tell me until the end which means they just chose my own bread. They put the most pathetic amount of salad like literally nothing and they put pretty much no sauce. Katikati sucks if you want subway come to Waihi itβs sm better
Outstanding Service I was served at 11am on 1st October by a young man (unfortunately I forgot to get his name). He went out of his way with his customer service, and the sub he made was beautifully prepared and fresh.
Have previously liked this subway shop and have never had any faults. Then I once got given someone elseβs subway because they kept switching customers between attendants and got them mixed up. And now lately been going like once a week and the service and quality just get worse and worse. Today was the worst yet, me any my partner were in and the little Indian man (not to be racist) was serving us and his friends or something came in and he just walked away from serving us, was really rude. And then the lady from our back who came to full in for him was even more rude than him!! No customer service quality at all!! And she was so stingy on the salads! Thereβs was only 6 bits of capsicum, onion, and spinach on my foot long. I was in disbelief that they seem to be rationing their salads like itβs the Great Depression. From now on Iβll be making the trip to Waihi Subway or going elsewhere in kati.
The guy from Hyderabad working around 8 on 15 July was so good at costumer service . I really loved the experience. I really appreciate the efforts he put in to make footlong . Worth the money spent.
Service was shabby. Attendants reaching over one another, not a good look. Food on the other hand was nice and fresh
Feels dirty, as soon as you walk in you notice how grubby the door/glass is. I don't think they clean them. Feels very unhygienic to me. Service could be better or served with a smile. The ladies don't have any customer service skills and seem to have an unprofessional approach to us customers. And what's with the napkins? Why is it that I have to continuously ask for napkins every time I go there!
The worst subway place there could be owned and run by Indians....run into the ground if you could put less toppings on a sandwich I would be surprised while it wS being toasted the lady charged me then once payment went through she tells me there is no lettus ??? How at 9.30 on a wensday dose subway have no lettus ...they are only 500m from 2 supermarkets.... dontwaste ur time going here you will be letdown
