   I visited Subway on Riccarton on Sunday a bit after 5pm. It was disappointing that 2 of my preferred ingredients were not available to put on my sandwich, of which I was not informed before putting my order in. So Subway is charging customers for making their sandwich with their leftovers. Not Happy.

   I am thinking it's the company not just the staff at subway. Should be called sub par. Went in, 3 staff doing phone orders Noone looking after customers ACTUALLY IN the store stood there waiting for 15 minutes Noone even looked like they would take my order. Walked out went to hornby subway served quickly but you can tell they must be losing money as fillings very miniscule even cookies are tiny now. I'm about to forget about subshit altogether.

   Don't bother. We ordered online, but they gave us our order 10-15 minutes late and with almost none of the toppings we selected. One of our party ended up with just meat and lettuce. No apology, no explanation. Rubbish

   Orderd through uber eats, ordering time and arrival was within good time. It was well packaged , Wasn't very satisfied with the sub. It wasn't toasted and the sauce was a very watery consistency that made my subway soggy. I could barely taste the cheese, I did however enjoy the cookies. I love how early they opened as I was very hungry after a night shift at work but I am less likely to order delivery again. Next time I will dine in to give it another chance, would really hate to discontinue eating here as i absolutely love subway.
