I find the staff are very professional & friendly. I prefer this one over the others in Napier & Hastings, as they are consistent with how they prepare your sub etc
Two guys working this morning are both rude and kept side-eyeing each other because it took me 30s to tell them my order. I rarely visit subway so excuse me if I’m not an expert with the menu. So rude. Only 1 other customer with me so I don’t get the attitude at all. Smh

I marked "Food" as 1 star because I don't actually know! In my last three attemps to buy food there I was unsuccessful. Twice I got there 10 to 15 minutes before the closing time it says on the door, but they were closed. Once was locked up so I didn't go in. Another time the door was still unlocked. When I went in the staff told me that they are closed. This weekend I got there hours before closing time and the door felt locked. This particular Subway has another entrance so I went there. For that one the roller shutters were down. So I was about to leave when a member of the public told me that the first door I tried is a bit broken, and he showed me the trick to get it open. If not for a bystander I would have assumed they closed early again and left. The staff inside saw me failing to open the door and they did nothing - a bystander had to help their customer. So I got inside but they were out of stock on steak, so for the third time I left without buying anything. How hard is it to give a business your money these days?
The ingredients looked/tasted like they had been sitting there for a long time. Didn’t even eat the rest of my sub it was that bad !! Terribly made and the customer service was poor. Overall not a great experience.
Rude customer service and they need to stop Rolling their eyes
Normally great however I did say no halepeno and they added it.

I ordered 4 simple vegetables in my sub and I got everything they had in there salad bar. The things I got and like at least 6 other ingredients I didn’t order. I had to throw most things out while still tasting the left over flavour from the other ingredients in my sub. The reason why I didn’t correct them for what to put into it, is because it was through Uber Eats and it was definitely not there fault. I really hope for a better experience next time.
Got our order wrong. Ordered a falafel wrap. If I'd been a vegetarian, I'd have had an accidental mouthful of chicken. Not only that, full of spicy sauce which we also didn't order. Ate anyway because I was starving and don't mind a bit of spice, but when you aren't expecting your mouth to be on fire it's not a nice surprise.
