   They ripped me off! I got a footlong and they charged me for two, like, thirty bucks! I told them, and they took my number, saying the owner would call and refund me. It's been over a month, and nothing! The staff's cool, but that's messed up, I should've gotten my money back right then and there.

   To be honest I love a good sub! And normally they make me a great one at this location, today was no exception. But disappointed with the prices 15.40 for a foot long pork riblet? I’m not sure if maybe the cashier pressed the wrong button or what but last time I got a pork rib from a different location it was 13.10. I should’ve gotten the steak for 16.70 at that price…

   Often visit Subway when in need of a quick, good value, healthy meal. This branch is close to Christchurch airport, so it was convenient for an early lunch after a late evening flight. Was hoping to get breakfast, but we just missed the 11am cut-off time. Staff were friendly & efficient & the sub was fresh with generous fillings

   I am very disappointed with the way the staff were treated by their supervisor. Tonight, the supervisor decided it was a good idea to snap at her staff member in front of us when there was no need for it to occur. The staff member did not deserved to be treated the way she did and I felt very bad and uncomfortable with the way she was treated. I'm not sure if I'm correct but the staff member looked like she was about to cry. This brought the environment down. However, all the other staff (aside from the supervisor) made this a good experience and produced some very fast and good food, especially considering what the staff clearly have to deal with.

   We were here at the spitfire subway, around 2:20pm Sunday 23rd. Customer services was very poor. We have always got not to bad service but this time me and my partner had very bad experiences. One of the staff was very inattentive towards us. We had to wait there unattended for a few minutes not knowing how long to wait there as they didn’t even greet. We also had ordered garlic herb toasty and she gave us cheese garlic toasty also the food wasn’t heated up properly as it was cold through the middle, although when she made that she pushed the box towards us instead of handing it to us in a mannered way. We felt quite bad as a customer the way she served us. Not a pleasant service.

   Subway Spitfire Square Christchurch: I eat subway a lot and often get a wrap which seems to come differently every subway I go to. Tonight’s was easily the best I’ve ever had. Very neat & tidy, beautifully toasted and extremely well cut … nothing fell out at all which is phenomenal. The delicious food was complimented with wonderful service, polite and friendly, and catered without question to everyone who came in. The store was also beautifully tidy & there was every option available. The cookies were also perfectly stacked! I went back at the end to check her name because I wanted to thank her publically. Thank you Sophie! (Sadly I through out my receipt so couldn’t thank you through subway listens).

   Good sandwich made by Barry, Sub had good structural integrity and no salad fell out. would highly recommend ordering the 3 pepper chicken from Barry 10/10.

   Staff were friendly. A bit disorganized when the online orders came in. Food tasted good but would have preferred it if they had included the chicken fillet in the sub. I'll be watching them more closely next time.
