Ordered online for delivery, waited two hours, went to pick it up,the delivery guy stopped 15 minutes after we ate our food to deliver nothing. What he did, I dont know. Ended up paying for extra avo but not even an extra smell of avo was added.
The service was truly excellent. Delivery was fast, and it was delicious even though it was my first time trying it. Although it's a chain restaurant, the food was truly heartfelt, and I could feel the owner's sincerity. I think I'll be coming here often.
Worst service I've ever received in my life!? I walked into an empty store, a young girl came in from her car. No apology, no verbal communication, and proceeded to make the worst pita I've ever had. It was ripped up/broken/barely any protein. I complained, management offered me a replacement pita. The next day I went in, she's still there stares blankly and gives me a thumbs up, (it's an insult now, if you know you know.) I leave. Go in the following day and get my free pita. This is not ok, service -5 stars and completely undid anything else I'd have to say about this establishment. This isn't about training, this is about someone who doesn't want to be there, making customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This food was delicious! I loved it so much and i’m definitely coming again and you should to! They give you big portions and for a very good price. I didn’t have to wait long but tasted like a lot of love was put in it. Amazing amazing amazing!!!! (They even gave me a lid just in case i wanted to take it away)
What a joke again pita pit you are doing a great job to go bust! So I ordered two regular pita, One for my wife and I. Three strikes. The order was labeled wrong. I got three bites into mine before realising it’s not mine it’s my wife’s one! Both orders missing the hummus! Trust me I dissected both of them over a plate! When I did dissect. Wow the rubbish lettuce put me off my dinner! They basically made the pita with 85% lettuce! Done we’ll team three out of three and one star! As for tauriko well! Ordered 2x bowls months ago, both under half empty and paid the extra for full bowls! + To fix customer service they don’t even answer phones not even head office! Happy to re-address the review if they want to resurrect this! I’ll await your reply! Last email I sent pita pit head office never got a reply!

The 2 girls working today were absolutely amazing. They both greeted me kindly as soon as I walked in and even though I was about to start to use the kiosk one of them offered to serve me if I wanted even though it seemed she was already in the middle of a task. She did not rush me and was friendly. The girl in the green hoodie, even though she did not directly deal with me, was still kind and seemed so positive. The vibes were so beautiful and the atmosphere just seemed brilliant. The food was also very tasty as per usual pita pit standards :) 10/10 would 100% go here again.
Had an amazing experience again after revisiting this store after a long time and the service here has as good as ever before. Staff here is so welcoming and assistive with the selection of the meal.
Today I placed a online order for a Vegan Falafel Bowl and after driving all the way home, I've come to find out they put chicken in my meal! Absolutely no regard for food allergies at the Tauranga Cameron Road store.
