   The food was so good and fresh. I loved the dragon roll, and the place has excellent service! It would've been better to have more seating options near the shop as the area is usually busy.

   Ordered online on the website, money was taken out, but order did not process properly. Had a screenshot and showed the team. One lady prejudged me and didn't believe I paid and proceeded to ignore me rather than discuss. No remedy provided in store. Complaint laid.

   Strange experience at Manukau St Pierres today. I always ask for a freshly made sushi and this time i was told the sushi just put out is fresh. Normally they just make it no questions asked, and especially being pregnant its never an issue. Then the server said I'd have to wait 15 minutes for my order. Tasty tuna sushi of the day. It takes a few minutes to make and the workers just make it normally. There was no one else there waiting for an order so I'm not sure why they had a problem today? And then the server said they had to wait for the manager to come back before they make it. I talked to another staff member and then another staff member made it within a few minutes. Not sure why there had to be a fuss. Very confusing.

   Okay let me say that I love st pierres. Their sushi is the best I've had. But this particular branch is getting on my nerves. The past few times I have visited, I bought salmon rice balls, and they all have been disappointing. I'm writing this because the one I ordered today had little to no salmon or avocado- there was a little on the outside to make it look like there's plenty, but there's only rice in the middle. I'm fed up with it because I've never had this issue at the branch before (only the past 3-4 times). I won't be returning to this branch, because I'm just disappointed. Such a shame that my favourite sushi place can't fill a rice ball.

   Very busy place so expect waiting but staff is polite and friendly. I tried Mochi first time. It's like a dumpling filled with different flavors and cream.
