   We came in late evening order a few items, the food was amazing. I asked for extra aioli and it was loaded with it. Sandra was absolutely amazing. She helped us save money, and her service was great and the other guy working there put loads of meat in my sandwich which was really nice

   Don’t get me wrong my sub was good. But my partner is coeliac , she ordered a GF wrap and they didn’t change their gloves, and they were doing others orders at the same time, she pulled her wrap out and it’s all stuck to the paper, ripped the paper. If your gluten free/coeliac don’t come to this place. If you’re just keen on a feed it’s not bad, but pretty disappointing .

   Very bad customer service in this store and staff is not well trained, they don’t even know how to pack sub and make it. I just got my food from this subway store and when i came home and opened it was all messed. I tried to call at store and lady answered my phone, I explained her the situation that the sub paper was not packed properly with sub and she is like we don’t put stickers if we put sub in the bag like really?? Never seen this before in any other subway store. Highly recommend to visit other store in CBD or Bethlehem. Don’t go to this store as staff does not have brain how to pack food. Also, i just checked all the reviews under this store and noticed that all the bad reviews are given by INDIANS and must say that this owner must needs to learn how to run business instead of being raciest against indians. Gonna post this on Facebook as well

   The store is super clean and well set out, however the staff are consistently mediocre, it feels like they just want you gone and don't care at all. Ordered a kids meal and both the drink and fruit were missed.

   Was greeted by a sleepy staff who came out from the back and asked "what do you want" sluggishly. Didn't end up buying anything. Pita pit few doors down were so much better.
