The food was good, and the pasta made fresh in the cheese wheel was unique, but the limited menu was a bit of a bummer.

One of the best pastas I’ve ever had! It was freshly prepared and tossed right in front of me in a cheese wheel – absolutely delicious. The pistachio cannoli was also worth trying; it was a bit small, but still had an amazing flavor. The atmosphere and staff were great and very friendly, and surprisingly, it was quite peaceful considering the restaurant is located in a hotel lobby.

The food here is absolutely delicious and of truly excellent quality! We visited as a family, and our children thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. My husband was equally impressed. Every request we had was met with great care, making our dining experience very pleasant. We would gladly come back anytime. Thank you and keep up the wonderful work! A special tip: the fish is outstanding and highly recommended.

We had a fantastic dining experience! The seafood ravioli was fresh and flavourful, the fungi pizza was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the nduja prawns were the highlight of the evening. We also took away the Pollo pizza that dominated the green sauce. However I preferred their previous Pollo pizza without the bell peppers. The desert with white chocolate sauce was the perfect ending to this family dinner. I really appreciate that the restaurant promotes local beers, adding a special touch to the meal. The cocktails were also very tasty. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience even better.

My recent dinner at Mozzarella & Co. intended to be a special truffle experience, unfortunately fell far short of expectations and was genuinely the worst truffle dinner I've ever had. We ordered the beef carpaccio with rocket and tuna mayonnaise, Pappardelle Cacio e Pepe tossed in a Parmesan wheel with pangritata, and a Pollo pizza, opting to add truffle shavings to each dish for an additional $12 per dish. We also had two glasses of wine. The issues began with the Pappardelle Cacio e Pepe. When the server started tossing the pasta in the Parmesan wheel, she commented that "usually it's not this wet." This immediately raised a red flag, making me question if the pasta was overcooked and not al dente. Despite her assurance that it would just be "more cheesy," the pasta served was broken, still wet, and lacked the appealing texture and appearance advertised on their social media. The promised pangritata was also noticeably absent until I was halfway through the dish. The truffle experience was equally, if not more, disappointing. When the server attempted to shave truffle onto our dishes, the blade wasn't sharp enough, resulting in clogged and crumbled truffle rather than distinct, clean shavings. A manager was called over, who then explained their standard was "three shaves." For $12 per dish, this felt incredibly stingy, especially when compared to the generous, whole truffle shavings clearly depicted in their Facebook photos. The visual difference was stark and misleading. We questioned about the quality of the shaver and asked if that’s all we get. The manager assured that it’s way more than what they would normally provide. If so, again the social media adverts and open night of truffle dinner was just really for marketing. Pizza was impossible to life as the toppings would drip off from dough and the dough in the middle was too wet that it almost looked and textured as if was warmed up in a microwave. Beyond the food, a hygiene concern also arose. The server's hair was not neatly tied back and was swinging around while she was tossing pasta and shaving truffles over our dishes. This made me question the restaurant's overall hygiene standards. This experience was a strong reminder that it's often better to stick with establishments that consistently deliver on quality and provide a guaranteed positive dining experience. I left feeling thoroughly let down.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Mozzarella & Co. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that every need was met. The highlight of the meal was definitely the fettuccine with prawns and crispy crab. The dish was a perfect blend of flavors and textures, leaving me craving for more. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mozzarella & Co. for its excellent service and delightful cuisine.

Pizza was ok . Lasagnia not good at all not worth the price. Glasses had a weird smell we changed them with the next table glasses that seemed cleaner. Lady behind the counter critisized us about how fast we finished our food .not sure why. Not gonna go there again.

My third meal here as it attached to the Voco Hotel. It tries to offer and an Italian direction to the food, but it’s a bit hit and miss in delivery. The included buffet breakfast was average run of the mill fare for many Kiwi Hotels. Nothing outstanding but nothing shockingly bad. My dinner tonight was an order for a steak which came with a Jus and Hay Potatoes and I ordered steamed veggies on the side. The steamed veggies was just green beans cooked within a inch of their life, flavourless and covered in olive oil. The garlic butter or additional types of veggies were as absent as the flavour. The steak was tasty and well cooked, the jus and mustard onion relish worked well. The Hay potatoes were these tiny strips of potato (AKA a very very very very thin chip) and piled on the steak they looked like Hay. But they were also cooked within an inch of their life, flavourless and only added texture to the meal, not flavor. The service is excellent from the Girls, attentive and welcoming. I shared my thoughts on the steam vegetable dish but was not offered any relief to overcome my disappointed.

Cosy Italian restaurant, the heart of CBD but not so busy area. Standard Italian cuisine has enough volume and tastes so good. Naples-style pizza is so crispy and chewy. All dishes are slightly oily.
