“Always a clean and presentable supermarket like most new worlds, however personally I've not yet come across a new world that makes pies like the supermarket. -Gourmet steak and blue vein pie 9.2/10 Very suprised this hasn't won any awards. They dont spare it on the blue vein, and steak peices are very high quality. If you love blue vein cheese, you'll love this. - Steak, bacon, and cheese pie 8.6/10 All aspects of this pie are on point. Would have been higher if it was the same.shape as the steak and blue vein. However, it's still a great pie.”

“Took my Puppy here for her haircut last week and it was the best she's had yet, we will definitely become regulars here. They asked me exactly how I wanted her to look, and they made sure that she had the best experience ever. Being a puppy she's very social and active but she came out looking absolutely amazing and I couldn't have wished for a better job. Amazing team and fabulous groomers in a wonderful space with plenty of parking for a quick dash in and out.”

“Our recently adopted dog has separation and socialisation issues and had Jo at a home visit to provide her advice and knowledge. The visit was definitely beneficial over and above what we'd been trying to reading online. Our dog is now also attending their daycare which is working out well, he comes home happy and tired. After a very nervous arrival for his first visit, he was excited to arrive on his second visit. Note that this review was written after 2 visits to the daycare.”

“Took our elderly cat in and we had to unfortunately put him to sleep. Carevets were amazing. So compassionate and caring of our situation. Informed us of each step of the euthanasia process. Wasn't to expensive given it was on a Sunday.”

They had Darcy booked in at their sister clinic Hamilton South at a date convenient to me, provided pain relief and antibiotics and gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ever since my first consultation with CareVets Chartwell I’ve been exclusively taking Darcy to Chartwell and Hamilton South Clinic’s and received top notch customer service. Darcy has never been happier and you guys provide by far the best vet experience for my wee dude that he’s ever had in his 6 years. Thanks for all your team do. The reception team are so knowledgeable and provide great advice and the vet doctors are exceptional at what they do. “We have had so much fun here over the years that Animal Ark has been open, my kids love it and it’s it’s been wonderful to bring them somewhere to meet animals outside of our very grumpy old cat. The animals are always in great condition and happily pottering along waiting for some snacks. Owners/staff are really friendly, always explain the rules really simply and clearly to the kids. We’ve made so many cool memories here and I’m really grateful for that.”
