   Terrible service from staff on Friday 3rd October 2025. I entered the store at 4:47pm and asked to have my passport photos taken, knowing it wouldn’t overlap into their closing time as I had taken photos there two weeks prior, so I knew it would be done before their closing time of 5pm. I was told I could not get my photos taken as it would take too long to edit and process the photos and to come back on Monday. This was a blatant lie because when I had photos taken 2 weeks prior, the photo was taken, printed and sent to my email in 10 minutes. It was clear that they were more focused on preparing to close the shop early than satisfying their customers needs. I asked a staff member if the reason why she couldn’t take my photos is because they had already shut their systems down to which she responded “yes”. Staff were counting cash in tills before closing time, with their door still wide open for customers to enter. What a huge opportunity for theft and a massive security threat to customers inside their store.

   I have used both the post office and the pharmacy. The staff have ALWAYS been polite and helpful. I have used them for 20 years, and if at any time I cannot go into the shop they offer to deliver. As I have got older they are offering to put medication in daily blister packs. These offers are NOT just for long term customers THEY ARE FOR EVERYONE.

   I've never been out of the USA and my American debit card was used here fraudulently. I guess you don't ask for ID or you are aware and getting kickbacks of some kind. . Do better Henderson Discount.

   Amazing service from all staff, kind and professional. The head pharmacist, Timea went the extra mile with her amazing advice, very much appreciated. Prices are really good and I could find here products that are sold in other places at 3 times the price. A really good experience at this pharmacy which is now my place to go when needed , even though it is a bit further away for me. It is worth it!

Jackie shes been there for a long while one of the original legends from Devich Pharmacy, wonderful lady always helpful..and yes theres other staff who are helpful as well awesome team... 5 stars for sure...

   we went in to have a passport size photo on 24/06/2021 around 3:30pm . asian lady was so rude and did not even reply to anything we say. she was showing tantrums like 2 years old. she did not cut pictures to the size as well. i never had this kind of experience before. really hope someone in management talk to her and let her know how to treat customers.
