Only discovered this place fairly recently and I'm very happy I did. They have so much to offer beyond medicine. I shop for shaving gear through to lens cleaners and much more. Highly recommend them. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.
Beware , this store sells duplicate perfumes. I have raised the complaint to Chemist warehouse head office just wanted to make aware the visitors of this area. Bit of background - Bought burberry EDP , when I opened the packaging it wasn't an original bottle as original had the burberry print wrapped as a "Cloth " around the bottle instead I got a bottle with print and definitely being a duplicate didn't have any fragrance that last more than 2 mins.
Went to browse the perfume section with no particular idea in mind. Thankfully a lovely young lady with dark red hair came to my aide and suggested a good selection of scents for me to choose from. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made it easy to find the right one for me. Friendly staff, easy to converse with, 100% would rate this store.
Exceptional customer service from Claire. Very knowledgeable and efficient, helped me pick the perfect product I was looking for. I will definitely be coming back to this store.
Great store, great prices! What made my experience superb today, was your amazing staff member who helped me get up off the floor. I have muscular dystrophy and crouched down to get something from the lower shelf and quickly realised I couldnβt get back up! She lifted me up (my whole body weight), made no fuss and was so kind to me. She deserves recognition for this kindness. If you give me her name, I would love to give her something little to say thank you!
Rude staff, especially when it comes to price matching. Honestly donβt know why chemist warehouse says it will price match because the staff are very reluctant to do so even with all the proof of product being in stock at other retailer. Itβs like itβs coming out of their wages. Puts me off wanting to even shop here
Pharmacist Wendy is amazing. On a couple of occasions now she has blown me away with her service. On one occasion her ability with Reo MΔori really impressed me, it's the little things that count. Thanks heaps Wendy
Was in there yesterday with my sister. A lovely young man helped us find things we were after. Knew where the products were, took us there and gave us information about the various brands.
Amazing customer service, the staff at pharmacy area are very knowledgable and they have heaps of product range to choose from. Great addition to Hastings!
Although all the staff there were super helpful I HAVE to point out how great Jayden is. As someone who is a manager of customer service I need to applaud his every move that he did! He found smells I liked, made sure I was 100% sure about the purchase (suggested I walked around first just to make sure I really did like it ) which showed he didnβt care about making money he cared about making me happy! Ladies who read this and need to find a smelly, Ask for Jayden, he is truly a god send! β¨ make sure he sees this!
