   I ordered a product to be shipped to Canada. That was Sept.25..I still haven't received the product because of a mail strike in Canada. I emailed the pharmacy twice about this but they didn't have the common courtesy to email me back. You order, you pay then no overseas customer service. I probably will never receive the product after 2 months but it would have made me feel better to have at least received an email from Belmont. The product is great but, customer service isn't. Don't order from Belmont if you live overseas.

   Terrible service over the phone. Waited nearly a week for products I ordered online now no longer need. Still haven’t arrived so I cancelled the order. Complete waste of time. Save your money and go somewhere else.

   This team is amazing. I was sent there by a specialist to get a product no one else has. They were helpful and took the time to talk to me about the concerns I had. I have recently just used the NZ online pharmacy and I ordered today and it’s already been picked up from them and with the courier. Their pricing is also great!
