William is very kind and always ready to help. along with the rest of the staff. of course the chemist is under a bit of pressure (repairs) but that is nothing to do with the chemist staff. so please judge them on their service alone.”

“Surprisingly, it was an excellent experience for me today. I called reception early in the morning to see whether I and two of my relatives could get an apt ( walk in) and she booked us in before noon same day. I wasn't expecting the great customer service due to the reviews already posted but I'm glad I still went a head and experience it firsthand. Just regret not getting the lovely staff members names who assisted us today. They were very efficient, professional & super friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would. “First of all, I had a checkup and inspection for my teeth. Dr. Daniel was very thorough in discussing his findings with me, and I also had two fillings done. Additionally, I was recommended to see Amy, the hygienist, who provided excellent care as well. I also had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted, and Dr. Daniel and his team made sure I was well taken care of throughout the entire process, offering great moral support. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with the care I received. On top of all that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service you get. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for professional and caring dental care!”

“We absolutely love Casebrook Surgery! The doctors here are so knowledgeable and geniuely listen to patient concerns. In the past year I have had two major health challenges that I have had for many years quickly addressed and resolved through their thorough care and investigations. The nurses are vivacious, kind and attentive - a great for good chat while being treated too! We love the receptionists who are always quick to find us an appointment (even on the same day) and they always keep us updated about doctors timings if the doctor is delayed due to an emergency. They know my daughter by name and make her smile every time we visit. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.”
