My girls absolutely love the gym and their coaches. Have had a great experience and awesome communication with the coaches and the lovely Katie in the office. They have been accommodating to any and all questions I have regarding anything about my girls levels, capabilities and/or any paperwork queries :)
Had a birthday party today for my 7 year old at impact, the instructors were amazing and super helpful with set up and the kids activities, all the kids had a great time and the instructors went above and beyond!!
The place itself is amazing, the classes are wonderful, and the teachers are all so lovely. However, I can only give 3 stars because of the manager’s behaviour. I was shocked at how unnecessarily rude she was to me over the phone after I asked a couple of simple questions. Looking at other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue, which is very concerning. Honestly, I wonder what it will take for this to be addressed. I’m relieved she is not present during classes, as I would not feel comfortable having her anywhere near my child. Edit: Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident. Other reviews reflect similar experiences, and it’s concerning to see the same pattern repeated. The owner mentioned not having seen such reviews, yet they are all here — each one acknowledged with an apology, but without any real change in behaviour. This is very disappointing!.
I would have given a better rating if the manager had been more polite. Unfortunately, their attitude towards customers over a simple misunderstanding came across as unnecessarily harsh
Imposible to reach. Phone from website not working. And stuff 'too busy ' to pick up the phone at the venue.
