Staff are rude. Pharmacists are judgmental. I’ve tried a few times to use this place since the staff change and oh my god! Awful. Don’t go here unless you want to be judged and belittled. Parking is nice and easy. Everything else is rubbish
Service was fine, however stinging people with a $2 per script surcharge on weekends at a time when the average kiwi is having it tough financially is just low. If you can't afford to open weekends with a surcharge, maybe don't open at all.
A few weeks ago I came in to pay my overdue account. The young assistant was very pleasant. Today I came to pick up my perscription and the manners was quite rude I thought. I have been a customer since 2013 and a loyal one. Last night as I blew my nose I almost wanted to come in and show the young girl what was unfortunate . I'm perplexed how this is called healthcare.
I popped into get some vitamins etc and was appalled when I saw they only had a women's section, and a tiny half shelf in the women's section for men. This had only about 6 bottles on it, mostly for prostate health. I asked about vitamins and minerals etc for me but was told they had none. I've being going here since 1987, but won't be returning until they treat men's health equally. A call later left me with no confidence. Extremely dissapointed.
Popped in with my husband for a rapid antigen test. Super friendly staff, they managed to fit us in for our tests even though we hadn't booked and they were fully booked.
Great pharmacy. The pharmacists here are really personable and make the effort to talk to customers. Had a recent experience where the pharmacist picked up that a medication the doctor had prescribed my son contraindicated with another he was on. Really made me think they were looking out for our family.
Loving their new look. Great friendly informative staff as well. Also a rewards program for non prescriptions.. earn it baby!
Its usually great, but the last time I went in there was a girl wearing too much makeup who had a terrible attitude and demeanor. She cut me off rudely when I was talking to a staff member in the rear of the pharmacy.
