“Yesterday morning, I was helped by the beautiful Shona @ The Piercing Shop, Kirikiriroa. Shona has pierced me a few times and has always been a gem. Yesterday, she changed my conch jewellery to a longer bar to accomodate for the swelling - this piercing was done at another shop and was killing me! Throughout this process she was calm and communicated every step so I knew what to expect. She also pierced my bellybutton and took the time to line up the angle perfectly. The shop was starting to get busy, but she never rushed and always takes the time to answer my questions, give me thorough aftercare advice and makes sure I am okay after the piercing. They were professional, kind and very understanding of my situation and need for my car with having three children and a husband who is currently working away.
