   I am so happy I followed my parents advise and went into Sona Sansaar to make enquiries about wedding bands for my wedding. From the customer service to the hospitality to the pricing..... I don't think I will be going any where else for jewellery needs in future. Their team can also do custom work and bring ideas to life. Highly recommend for anyone making small or big jewellery decisions. I can't thank their team enough.

   Worst customer service experience received today. I visited the shop today to get an update on my jewellery as they were supposed to give me a call few days ago with un update. The lady in specs with orange hair working over there said 'ohh I forgot to call you' and when I asked more questions she started arguing with me rather than apologizing and told other lady working there in gujarati language that she is blaming me for nothing. Well lady, you forgot to give an update to customer so of course customer will blame you. Learn about customer service first and then work in customer facing role. Not recommended place to deal with your valuables. ‐-‐--------‐------‐------‐------------------------------------ The review is not about speaking in gujarati it is about unprofessional and rude service. And that lady realized it later after she finished talking about me on my face to other staff when i told her that i understands gujarati. Also I am particularly talking about only one of your staff who talked to me rudely. Not other staff members as they did not serve me. Read the review properly and then reply. Replying to reviews with this level of unprofessionalisam not going to get you more business. Moreover I did not bully anyone, I just ask the reason for lack of communication as I was worried about my jewellery. And if you have witnessed the whole conversation then why didn't you take the accountability of the situation and come forward to talk to me? No wonder why your staff is rude and unprofessional with zero customers service knowledge!! And yes, that lady who was rude to me DID NOT APOLOGIES.

   Sona sansaar is one stop shop for gold jewellery. Once you go here you don’t need to see other options. We have been going there since more than 10 years now and every time we shop there, we gets really good experience.
