Really nice staff but I got my helix done and it was pierced incorrectly and punctured a blood vessel so I had to remove it, wouldn’t heal after 3 years.
Received the best service I've had on a very long time. I popped in today to the Hastings shop and was greeted with a warm, welcoming and ultra friendly face. I needed an earing taken out and was seated almost immediately and the earring (which was impossible for me to take out) was out in a second. I was expecting it to be tricky to get out and possibly painful. But nope it was out so fast and no pain whatsoever intact I had to ask if it was out because it seemed too easy. The place was super hygienic and honestly I can't recommend this place enough. It's so hard to find friendly, and efficient service but this young lass nailed it. Keep up the good work.

nice and sterile, super nice piercers, but pierced me super uneven. i appreciate it and i understand it was her first time piercing these but she just freehanded it with the dots. im upset, they’re vertical upper lip piercings. super cute! im just a bit disappointed. lovely workers though! Adding, both of my piercings rejected. along with this, the new lady training pierced my mothers labret. it wasnt quite under her lip, it got irritated and it was pierced on an angle. $10 though so its okay, shes only training after all!
This was my first piercing, really nice staff. work station was sterile and the lady that served me wore gloves and asked it if I needed a count down!! Gave me a booklet explaining aftercare too so no complaints (the lady that served me was really pretty too she had a spider web tatt on her knee but I was to scared to compliment her☹️)

Place is tidy and clean, although the piercing material is not good for skin. Surgical steel shouldn’t be used with fresh or healed piercings. Gotten my lip pierced here and I was given a way way too short bar that made it swell more because of how tight it was, only had it for 2 days before I had to take it out and get it re done with a much longer bar. Overall they are alright but could have a better and safer selection of jewellery and better knowledge of anatomy
I came here with my friend today as she wanted a tongue piercing. We got in quick and got the piercing almost immediately however the piercer (black and blonde hair lady) didn’t go over any aftercare, what to eat for the next few weeks etc and ball has just fallen out 5 hours after piercing… Aftercare would’ve been good to know.

Had a couple piercings done by here. Never again. In all honestly the only good thing about here is the service and prices. They are really lovely. But I dont believe they have had the proper training needed. My family have had piercings done here and everytime there is an issue due to its placement. I went and got my labret done hoping that it would go well. When putting placement it was correct however when they went to pierce it I asked if they could use clamps as I knew that helped not only with pain but also with placement. I was told no because the piercer didnt like using them and they were annoying. I should've got up and left then. When she proceeded to do the piercing not only was it wonky because of the lack of clamps she used the wrong size bar which ment there was no room left for swelling. I asked her about this and she said no it will be fine. I have larger lips and so of course it was not and I had to go back the next day in extreme pain due to the fact the bar was too short and had begun cutting into the inside of my lip. Also due to no clamps being used and it being wonky it ment the edge of the bar inside my mouth was rubbing on my teeth and I now have a permanent indent on my teeth from it rubbing have since taken it out and it has begun to heal. This was a few months ago but having heard recent things from friends I decided to write a review. I have since found a new amazing piercer to go to in Napier. Please listen when the customer is requesting something. They are lovely but lovely doesnt fix my tooth and its sensitivity that it created.
