   Cassidy absolutely saved the day. After being mucked around for the third time by SkinKandy due to not having fully trained piercers on site to do basic piercings like a tongue, we went to Keen On Piercing and I’m so glad we did. Cassidy was professional, confident, and genuinely lovely. She knew exactly what she was doing and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The difference in skill and organisation was night and day. I can’t wait to come back next week for her to continue with the other piercings. Highly recommend Keen On Piercing Henderson if you want proper service from properly trained piercers.

   My go to spot for piercings! The team is knowledgeable, super friendly, and always professional. Cassidy squeezed me in not long before closing today and nailed the placement first go, thank you! Please make sure you read the aftercare info they provide to help prevent infection. Highly recommend!!!

   I have gone to keen on piercing many times and never have they given proper advice or instructions on how to care for my piercings. i went in for a double helix and they immediately put in hoops which i now know is a big no no. They never told me i had to downsize either and ended up with a wonky piercing. i tried for 2 years to heal them and then took both out. i went in to henderson for advice and help many times bc i had no idea what i was doing and i could tell the staff got annoyed with me needing help and made me feel very unwelcome. and this is not even all of my bad experiences with keen on piercing. i do not recommend.

   Had my conch pierced by their apprentice. They are very professional and give good advice. The piercer was very gentle not painful at all. She changed some other jewellery for me. I would highly recommend.

   I went with a friend to get my first piercing whilst she got her second. The staff were all super lovely and the whole shop felt clean and professional. Our piercer really took her time with the placement of both of our piercings and asked us to check them and be as fussy as we wanted which was great! They even gave us a little care leaflet that had our names prettily drawn on which was just a cute personalised touch and of course the free lollipop at the end was very appreciated! Overall would highly recommend Keen On :)

   I meant to make this review earlier sorry. I came here about 3 months ago to get lobe piercings. The staff were nice but when I went to get them done, one was pierced higher and at a different angle. I asked my friend and she said it was noticeable. Friendly enough place but for $80 I probably won't come back. Edit: I'm so sorry my review sounded critical, I was checking the wording because I was worried about that. No no, I wasn't annoyed and the people were nice! I might get it fixed at another place though. Thank you.

   I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today, although I got there before they were about to close one of the staff still offered to still do it as I drove 1 hour to get there. The staff were super friendly and really reassuring to my daughter which was really helpful through the whole process and after. Would definetly recommend them for anyone best pricing and all staff are friendly, best service will be referring all my family and friends to go to them.
