   I have just had my engagement ring lovingly looked after. I was initially just looking for it to be repaired but after discussion also looked at the stones being replaced. Mel was delightful in her manner and gentle in her recommendation - never any pressure at all. I picked up my ring yesterday and was beyond delighted with the beautiful job that they have done. I am so incredibly happy and am extremely happy to recommend the team and the work they do.

   I have been trying to get an heirloom necklace fixed for the past few years and after looking at the pieces, each jeweller has told us it would be too difficult to fix. That was until I went in to see Craig. He provided exceptional customer service and a marvellous end product. This necklace can now continue to be passed down in the family for others to enjoy.

   Excellence at work. My partner bought a very special necklace for me and it was truly beautiful. I was there with him and witnessed that lovely customer service from that kind lady. She has not only helped me to choose the right necklace, but also shown her genuine care. 4 star, only because I was promised that she will email me my bill which I haven’t got it yet (it’s been 2 weeks already) . Apart from that, it’s a place with lovely collection of diamond jewellery.
