“Really great experience designing a custom kitchen with Irene, KMD Henderson's interior architect. From the get-go Irene was very responsive to my taste and specifications + example images I provided. She worked around layout restrictions and design points I didn't want to compromise on. The installation and finishing was speedily executed by project manager Robin's team. The design and install was carried out within an established budget early in the process. I'm very happy with my new kitchen! And would highly recommend working with Irene and the KMD team on kitchen renovation projects.”

The receptionist was great and the person that was assigned to help me, William, was very friendly and helpful. Generally when you visit a shop like this, you can feel a little pressure to buy something even if you're unsure it is a good match, especially if you've tried several products. I didn't get that feeling at all from Adairs: William answered all of my questions and let me try out several products without any issue. “Went in to the shop to look at some Lundia shelves that we had seen on tradeMe. Owner described the different tiers and pricing as there were choices between older/refurbished/best condition units. Owner is transparent, up front and to the point. Before coming in I noted some lower reviews of the store with regards to customer service, one can only assume these reviews were made by the same people who get offended when some one uses the "wrong" pronouns. After talking to the owner I was quoted $430 for a set of shelves which we agreed to. When I went to pay he indicated that the price was actually only $395 and thats what we were charged, a clear sign of honest business. Very happy with the shelves.”
