Generally when you visit a shop like this, you can feel a little pressure to buy something even if you're unsure it is a good match, especially if you've tried several products. I didn't get that feeling at all from Adairs: William answered all of my questions and let me try out several products without any issue. I'd definitely recommend checking out Adairs if you're looking for a good pillow and want to deal with good staff.”
