   I was blown away by the proactiveness and generosity displayed by Jason and his team at Lounge Around. We purchased an outdoor rattan set a couple of years ago under previous management, our glass table shattered and when I asked Jason about the replacement he offered without hesitation to replace the glass and no cost and to come and install it. My wife and I are very impressed with the attitude of the new owners and we will definitely consider Lounge Around first when we are ready for our next purchase.

   Poor customer service. Bad impression to future customers. My group was parked in their lot before their store opened. The owner or staff told us off and was very rude about it. The shop was not going to open til 10minutes!!! Not even going to check out their store in the future. There were plenty of parking space left. It’s not like they had customers waiting to view their store. What a joke!!!! *both owners confronted our group. the man was particularly aggressive at telling us to get off their parking space immediately. There were definitely free spaces left for their van to park. The manner in which the owners approached the situation was not very friendly. If you only asked nicely for us to leave then it would have been fine. We weren’t there very long and as I said earlier, the store was not officially opened. I really hope the customer service has improved since then.

   Unsatisfactory Customer Service. We bought a teak coffee table from Lounge Around. It had a number of scratches on the top and the legs were not even close to level. How it passed QC at the factory I have no idea. Unfortunately I had applied a stain the table before these defects became evident. I took it back and expressed my unhappiness with the defects. I was told that because it was stained, there was nothing they could do for me. I accept that I changed it from original condition but still there was no attempt or offer of any kind from the store to address my concerns. I was told to go fix it myself. In my view, the store placed profit ahead of customer satisfaction. My advice to all future customers is; INSPECT EVERYTHING YOU BUY FROM THEM WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB. I was sold a defective product.
