It’s not often that I have an uncomfortable interaction with a sales person but I found Irene to be pushy and rude. After telling her my budget she gave several limited time offers and then got shitty with me when I had the audacity to revisit the showroom with some follow up questions. I’m sure their work is fine but can’t recommend using Henderson branch.
We are very happy with the way our new Kitchen turned out. The team at KMD kitchens were helpful and professional throughout the process and the project was completed quickly and on budget.
Started off ok but didn’t end well. Design process was fine, installation and communication was terrible. Installer scratched the benchtop and didn’t own up to it, and took stuff from our bin without asking.
We had a great experience working with Irene and KMD Kitchens. They are very experienced and capable operators. Irene in particular was always willing to give her time, understand our requirements, work within our budget and provide valuable suggestions. Their team on site was very diligent and worked long hours on installation day to complete the project on time. Very happy with the end outcome, highly recommend.
Really great experience designing a custom kitchen with Irene, KMD Henderson's interior architect. From the get-go Irene was very responsive to my taste and specifications + example images I provided. She worked around layout restrictions and design points I didn't want to compromise on. The installation and finishing was speedily executed by project manager Robin's team. The design and install was carried out within an established budget early in the process. I'm very happy with my new kitchen! And would highly recommend working with Irene and the KMD team on kitchen renovation projects.
