“Went to look at purchasing a bed and was greeted by a friendly staff member, Cherise and she asked us what type we were looking for. She showed us a few options and said to spend around 10 mins or more to try and was not pushy at all. She usually works in the furniture dept, but today was helping us. We eventually settled on a really comfortable bed and she said to allow approximately 1 month for the mattress to mould to our bodies. We found her really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, highly recommend this store There was a slight issue just after receiving, the headboard received was not the one ordered, I phoned and spoke to murray who was very helpful, he asked if we could re package it and it would be swapped for a new one, it was a few days later that it was picked up but the new one as stated wasn't on the truck, I spoke to the driver who told me that he was told that this one was going to be used again, there was miscommunication between the bed manufacturer and the bed shop and definitely no communication to me. I also noticed that the 2 drawers that we had weren't sanded leaving sharp edges and if not careful could easily cut your hand or fingers, when I raised this I was told that the same was to other drawers in the showroom also, not impressed as this is a quality concern. Even though you don't see when drawers are closed doesn't mean that it should be left un sanded, a slight let down but getting used to a different mattress.”

There was a beautiful selection of home decor, & we bought a few items, including a stunning hand knotted rug which was perfect for our home. The Manager couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, as she went the extra mile to give us fantastic service. “Needed a couple of random little plumbing bits for work, knew this place would have everything we needed and after a bit of rummaging managed to find exactly what we needed. Saved a couple hundred bucks over buying new. We felt like things were priced pretty fair. Basically what you want to sell things for if you were the seller but still a few bargains in there. Amazing variety of items, you could spend half the day in there! The guy at the counter was friendly, had a nice chat and a laugh when we paid but great how he leaves you to look at things rather than trying be a salesman and bothering you. Love this place, will be back :)”
