Very poor experience at this store Bought six dinning chairs late last year Had to wait six months only from Melbourne Chairs arrived and were wrong colour They refused to exchange them even if we paid the freight Trouble was we dealt with 3 different people verbally and we did not check the invoice Have dealt with with many high end furniture stores in NZ and never experienced such poor service Never again
