I went in this morning to donate a bag of clean, good-quality clothes that I no longer wear. Unfortunately, the experience was really upsetting. Instead of being thanked, I was met with complaints about how people donate clothes in black rubbish bags and how they sometimes arrive stained or unusable β even though mine were in great condition. I was then asked to carry the clothes all the way out the back myself, which felt very awkward and unwelcoming. I completely understand the challenges that come with sorting donations, but kindness goes a long way. Donors should feel appreciated for taking the time to support a great cause like the SPCA. I left feeling really discouraged, which was disappointing as I love to support charities whenever I can. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future donors.

This is the most overpriced op shop, I keep going back hoping that theyβve fixed their pricing but itβs just ridiculous. It isnβt one or two items that are overpriced, the entire store is priced that way. Kids clothes that are more expensive than they were new etc. I suspect they look at eBay listings (not sold listings) to price their toys and games which donβt reflect realistic value. Because of this, their stock rarely moves and you see the same things every visit. I suspect if they halved their asking prices they would move a lot more product and actually make money for the charity.

Very over-priced. Can't take many donations because they cant sell what they have. Would be a better idea to have reasonable second hand prices so more things sell and more people will shop there - more money for the animals.

Have totally changed my opinion of this shop! I truely used to like shopping here but now... Ridiculously over priced for second hand items & Quality isn't great. Salvation Army & Cranford are much better! Will no longer support this "Charity" shop!

Shocked by the pricing of this opshop. One skirt my daughter looked at was $28 The toys are hugely overpriced. Most items you can get at Kmart for cheaper. Opshops back in the day were to help people out not to rip people off. Sickening.

The pricing is a bit hefty for what you get... and there's one staff member who's REALLY pushy and tries to bully you into buying stuff.

This was one of my favourite local op shops until the prices started getting way too high! The last couple of times Iβve been in, Iβve had to walk out in astonishment at the overpriced items.
