   We have done a New Kitchen with Artsans Kitchen Glenfield. We had problems with the extractor fan, Dustbin cupboard and pull out pantry. Quality of the kitchen is not up to standard! Extractor fan was replace but having problems again and my emails are ignored. Put out pantry was never fixed had to get someone else to fix it. They are breaching the Fair Trading, consumers guarantee's act and fit for purpose. We have no energy left to keep fighting for our rights with them and Parmco. Kitchen was far too expensive to end up unhappy. So people be aware who you chose to do your kitchen.

   Best company we have ever dealt with, honest and you knew what you were getting. Lead you in a good direction even if it meant their company lost money which we appreciated - they said they would try not to destroy our architrave but it would be hard as they were plaster - they did an amazing job and we were stoked that there was very little damage when we expected it gone. 110% with communication which is important for us and the rests were far better than we expected, a new kitchen at 1/3 the price.

   We love the kitchen we got from this company, it looks great and has that high quality feel. Artisans Kitchens’ after sale service has also been amazing, in particular when we contacted Matt about getting some extra shelves made the week before Christmas. We expected to have to wait until some time in January but he organised for them to be made for us the same week. Really appreciate you guys helping us out at such a busy time of year!
