“I ordered two number twos and an extra $2 chips, the food portion was good, the chips were nice and salty and the although my cheese burger had no cheese it was really nice. The burger wasn’t dry at all it was actually a nice burger. (I don’t have any pictures to upload cause I already ate all the food lol)”

The place was clean, well-lit, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. There was a short queue, but the team behind the counter worked quickly and efficiently—didn't have to wait long at all. I decided to try something new this time and went for their **Chicken Schnitzel Sub**—and wow, it did not disappoint! The schnitzel was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. I paired it with Italian herbs and cheese bread, added lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, and topped it off with garlic aioli and a touch of honey mustard. The combination was absolutely delicious—one of the best chicken subs I’ve had from any Subway. The team also asked if I wanted it toasted, and it came out perfectly warm and melty. The veggies were fresh, and the bread was soft with just the right crunch on the crust. I added a combo with cookies and a drink—chose a white chocolate macadamia cookie, which was soft and still warm. What really stood out was the friendly attitude of the staff. They were patient, offered suggestions when I wasn’t sure what sauce to get, and handled the line with ease. Overall, a great experience. “Me and my partner have been a few times and the atmosphere and staff are amazing the bouncers come across intimidating however in a establishment you need security like that so people are aware to treat the staff and the beautiful women respectfully. Once you get past them they actually are a great vibe. The bar lady’s and waitresses are also amazing staff who look after you. All comes down to how you approach and treat them as to how your experience goes in my opinion”

“KATSUBI is always well liked by many customers in the mall. during peak hours there is always a line of customers waiting to enjoy their own bowl of rice, salad and chicken of their choice. The service does go by quickly as their staff are all so friendly and well trained and rarely messes up any orders. Although the mini bowl does look quite small but trust me, it will stuff you up for hours as $16 is quite a good set price. The managers are always sweet and hard working, always greeting you with a huge smile on your face as if they've known you throughout your whole life, even offering you free samples and taking the time to explain ever detail and answering various questions! Many different food choices are offered like Bowls, Ramen, Udon, or even the tray of snacks. Would highly recommend to anyone as it is the best food shop in Albany Westfield Mall ! A+”
