   Today I paid $26 for my food, and I expected the same quality and portion as the other branch I usually visit. However, the staff didn’t include the usual items, and the presentation felt careless—almost like they were more focused on showing off than providing good service. When I asked why things were missing, the staff member said it was “company rules,” which didn’t make sense since I’ve never had this issue at the other location. It honestly felt like they were cutting corners or trying to short-sell customers just because the place was busy, almost to the point of cheating people.

   Do not ever go after 3pm. They give you hardly anything - you pay for a small and get a mini. I get it, it’s the end of day and there’s not many option left but they wouldn’t show you how much rice they put in and added about half of the meat as they usually would for lunch time. 0 stars if I could - so disappointing:

   KATSUBI is always well liked by many customers in the mall. during peak hours there is always a line of customers waiting to enjoy their own bowl of rice, salad and chicken of their choice. The service does go by quickly as their staff are all so friendly and well trained and rarely messes up any orders. Although the mini bowl does look quite small but trust me, it will stuff you up for hours as $16 is quite a good set price. The managers are always sweet and hard working, always greeting you with a huge smile on your face as if they've known you throughout your whole life, even offering you free samples and taking the time to explain ever detail and answering various questions! Many different food choices are offered like Bowls, Ramen, Udon, or even the tray of snacks. Would highly recommend to anyone as it is the best food shop in Albany Westfield Mall ! A+

   It's a brunch therefore less people during weekdays. Great costumer Service, the lady is friendly and accomodating with a smile. Food is scrumptious too for my brunch. I did choose 2 selections, how I wish that big bowl of 2 selections will be 3 selections then the medium bowl will be 2 selections. Overall food is great. I highly recommend this branch.

   The chicken which we had with rice and salad was overly sweet for my taste, and for my daughter who had a different chicken dish. We had small servings and the cartons for this are hard to eat out of. The salad was nice and fresh tasting

   I have been to many Katsubi branches & the food here is the freshest. Portions are good, staff are friendly. Place to sit & eat. Wheelchair friedly. I order a large bowl, photo attached with prices.

   $8 for this tray of spicy chicken. As you can see, it's rip off, portion is small and as you can see more then half the tray is empty. Never coming back here. Also other stores don't use peanut on the spicy chicken and other meat. This is a big waste since so many people may have allergy to that.

   Was up in Albany a few days days ago, and felt that every other food shop in the food court was the same, but came across Katsubi... 2 words.... amazing food, ans reasonable price. I brought the medium size it comes with rice and a salad mixture of your choice, 2 meats and 2 sauces. I couldnt wait to dig into this, wow the flavours where so good, now just have to see if they have this in Hamilton.
