   This place is so hit and miss. Last week, brilliant young woman, pleasant, helpful.. This week another, surly, unhelpful and not even a hello. You would think she was selling Louis vuitton and not a stale pastry. Specials not honoured, and no offer of changing when asked. Apparantly 2 for $8 drinks from the coke range are only offered if they are the exact same drink! Not it says that! Definitely there for her bosses pleasure. They are more interested in each other than those at the counter.

   Made the coffee so hot it was burning my hand without a holder. Didn't put in the sugar I asked for. Only had 1 employee working when we have flights to catch.

   My partner and I stopped in and got some food from the counter, I took 2 bites of my Danish which I could only liken to a cold slab of cardboard and couldn't eat any more of it. When I offered my feedback there was no apology or concern.

   Okay so i Got me a sandwich which was $9 and i asked them if they can heat it up, but they said they can’t do it. So i was like “hmm okie cool” thinking why cant they just put it in the toaster for few minutes!!! So i got my cold sandwich then i walked out to so i can eat it at the couches by my departure gate. I looked at the cafe and It turns out that they’re closing. So assumed that the girl is just being lazy. Its just a sad experience eating my cold as sandwich that cost me $9bucks. Never coming back haha

   Rude staff and incorrectly priced items. Just wanted some gum or mints. Sign said one price but scanned in at twice that so I said oh I must have grabbed the wrong ones so switched for a smaller pack which was still almost twice the price so I said nevermind. I want ride at all, but the lady behind the counter sure was! She got snappy saying I had held up the line (took less than a minute in total) even though the issue was actually that the prices did not match the items. Get your customer service skills up to scratch, you are representing Christchurch being based in the Air vNew Zealand lounge at the airport.

   Good Range of every day items that you can find in any corner dairy at half the price. This place is extremely over priced and works on the fact that people have no other option once at the airport. Buy before you arrive at airport, unless you don't mind paying crazy high prices.
