This is not the first time my order has been wrong at this Subway. I placed a click-and-collect order for a family dinner, but instead of the salad options I ordered for my Pizza Melt, I received a completely different salad. The cookies were also missing from the order. I tried calling the store 6 times, with no answer, and had to drive back to get it corrected. Very disappointed for the inconvenience they caused

I ordered a vegetarian footlong from Subway today and was really disappointed with the quality. The sub was poorly assembled, with ingredients unevenly stuffed and spilling out, making it messy and hard to eat. The bread was dry and felt stale, and the sauces were overloaded in some areas while completely missing in others, leaving certain bites bland and unappetizing. Despite being packed with veggies, the overall flavor was unbalanced and sloppy. Definitely not the fresh and satisfying meal I was expecting.

Had a great visit to Subway Rototuna in Hamilton recently and thought it deserved a solid review. I walked into the store on a weekday afternoon and was greeted with a warm smile from the staff. The place was clean, well-lit, and had a calm, welcoming vibe. There was a short queue, but the team behind the counter worked quickly and efficiently—didn't have to wait long at all.
I decided to try something new this time and went for their **Chicken Schnitzel Sub**—and wow, it did not disappoint! The schnitzel was crispy on the outside, juicy and tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. I paired it with Italian herbs and cheese bread, added lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions, and topped it off with garlic aioli and a touch of honey mustard. The combination was absolutely delicious—one of the best chicken subs I’ve had from any Subway.
The team also asked if I wanted it toasted, and it came out perfectly warm and melty. The veggies were fresh, and the bread was soft with just the right crunch on the crust. I added a combo with cookies and a drink—chose a white chocolate macadamia cookie, which was soft and still warm.
What really stood out was the friendly attitude of the staff. They were patient, offered suggestions when I wasn’t sure what sauce to get, and handled the line with ease.
Overall, a great experience. Whether you're a regular or just stopping by, I’d definitely recommend trying the Chicken Schnitzel Sub—it’s a standout. Will absolutely be back again!
