   Without doubt the worst McDonalds’ service I’ve had. I initially had to wait c.10 minutes to order, as one of the point-of-sale machines was under repair. It then ordered three drinks thinking it would be quick… it took them nearly 20 minutes of waiting to tell me the machine wasn’t working, and I they just gave me a different drink instead (no refund offered when asked). It was 1100hrs on Thursday, so they can’t even use the lunchtime rush as an excuse.

   Without any doubt, this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too, the waiting time took way too long, the service was not the best, and the food was terrible. I separately ordered 2 drinks and a soft serve with a flake, both took about 15 minutes each, I am shocked with how long it takes to prepare drinks. I had to wait like an extra 5 minutes because they had ran out of flakes. One of my orders didn’t even go through, I had to tell the cashier about my order. The service was awful, the food wasn’t that good, the wait time was extremely long, and like half of the machines were broken/out of order.

   The manager who always works friday mornings is so friendly and good at what she does her customer service is outstanding. She makes sure her team gets orders out as fast as possible so people are not waiting long. And she actually talks to customers while given them their orders not just yelling their number and calling it a day. Well done.

   The texas burger was disgusting. Dry meat patty, hard bun, hard stale bacon. Should have gone back for a refund. How can they serve this rubbish to customers? Absolutely DISGUSTING!!

   all the staff working today were so rude to me and being passive agressive when i went up to collect my order because i "took too long to come". kids next to maccas protesting for a raise to hospo workers which i would generally agree but definitely dont give anyone here a raise till they work like they deserve one instead of being lazy.

   Ordered 2 flat white coffees Monday 15/5/23 @ 4pm from a staff presumably the manager on duty as she was wearing a black uniform, in between serving another customer noticed she sneezed into the crook of her arm, she continued to serve the customer and went back to making our coffee and rubbed her nose twice but failed to sanitize her hands, she handed our coffee to us but I told her she needs to make new ones but wash her hands first because she rubbed her nose a couple of times, she tried telling me she didn't rub her nose but I told her I was watching her, she then went off to wash her hands. If she is a manager she needs a lesson in hygiene and cleanliness and maybe make sure ALL staff are following hygiene standards Coffee was nice though

   I ordered Mac chicken combo this morning and they gave me beef burger as I don’t eat beef. I went there and asked them very politely to change my burger the most annoying thing was the lady who served me did not feel sorry, just said ok. But the chicken burger was just full of lettuce and sauce which seems they didn’t really want to serve the customers, It was honestly worst, very disappointed with customer service.
