   Staff not interested in customers. I was waiting for my order, staff called out a name (not mine) and just dumped the order on the counter where it stayed for a while. The customer didn't hear name called out. When my order of came, it contained cheese and pickle, which is what i told her NOT to put in mine. She re-did it when just slapped it down. No apologies. I'd give it NO stars.

   Staff were nice but seemed severely understaffed. If you want drinks or ice creams only go to the counter not self order machines. 3 people got their ice creams immediately at the counter, while we waited 14 minutes for an ice cream and milkshake. Need more staff Chartwell McDs.

   I love mcDonald. Anywhere I go to any city, I trust this franchise. I must complement this store in Chartwell mall . Their service, Friendly attitude, is the best in all stores that I have visited . There is a lady Jyoti , she is amazing. She is alert , precise and helpful. Even when she is busy she still helps to get correct points [technical issue] . She guides her team in a polite manner which makes them relaxed during peak hour. Great team player & leader. I recommend this store. Good experience !

   Not happy with their quality of the order. We have got the wrong orders several times.they don’t care and check if customers get the wrong order. Just poor quality and service.

   Not happy, ordered them with door dash. Got the whole order wrong so had to waste my time going there to get the correct order. No apology or anything not even something to say sorry for wasting your time plus the money I spent to have it delivered in the first place. Manager still stuffed my order up by putting no onions on my triple cheeseburger rather than no pickles so had yuck pickles on there which I’m allergic too and had to throw out! Not happy, waste of time and money :( $16 almighty Texas was also made sloppy and rushed even though they were quiet..

   I've never eaten hockey pucks, but that's what it looked like had happened to our burgers. To be fair, they were quite busy and it wasn't a huge long wait for our order. But had we have dined in, i would have taken my hockey puck back and complained.

   I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder added Rasher Bacon, Lettuce and Mayo on arrival to me it had no lettuce and the 4-1 patties had been replaced with old looking Angus patties that weren’t seasoned how does one totally miss one thing but not the rest but also decide we have no 4-1 left I’ll just use this old looking Angus pattie instead? Definitely won’t be buying from here again

   Had great service from the lady taking my order however unfortunately the burger itself was a different story. There was so much oil in it, the bottom bun was soaking wet. Cardiac arrest felt imminent while eating this meal.

   If you think KFC staff sprinkles lots of salt on their chips, you should come to this McDonald's inside Chartwell Mall. The salt must be free on the day, the chips/frech fries we had were soooo salty that it was so disgusting and inedible. Seriously! We did the takeaway so too far to return to get replacement. Not going back there again even when we next visit Chartwell Mall, which we do regularly.
