   I Do work at sylvia park and getting everyday coffee from Cova only. the coffee sometimes good and sometimes not but the girl who serves me named (Binita) she's lovely, such a beautiful soul. i really appreciate her and will definitely have my more coffee from Cova if she's serving it. Well please pass my review to her. she needs a best customer service award. Thanks

   They had good coffee before but things changed recently and now it tastes terrible. I gave them a second chance but this time I'm not going back.

   We bought one plate of nachos after being talked out of one each as she said it was too expensive to buy two if we might not eat it all. I would pass on the dish next time but not because of size but because it wasn't well heated, lacked spiciness and tasted sweet.

   Me and my friend went for coffee today and after waiting 15 mins on our order in totally empty cafe we spotted barista (young Asian lady) just browsing on her phone without even starting making our order. She didnt even notice us until we called for her. That's not the way how you bring the people in. Although a cheesecake and coffee were great. Please focuse on your service.
