   No filling whatsoever! It feels like you are eating just bread for almost $18. They name it "grand" and charge $2 extra for meat which is apparently invisible and width of a paper. Atlease use half a breast not half of the half. Charge $5 for such a burger keeping big buns does not mean you can call it a grand burger. Honestly disappointed with such a scam in this economy. They show 2 tomatoes in BOF burger online photo and actually just put one small tomato slice! A thin one of that. For sensible people- "rather eat at "Burger fuel" if you plan on spending more than $15. I hope the owner reads this and do better in the name of corporate social responsibility!

   Terrible! The food I ordered came half empty , it was cold although I had just ordered it , food was hard and chewy almost like it'd been microwave over and over again and kept to reheat from like weeks ago very stale! Sauce tasted sour like it was off and had huge bits of parsley stalks in it weird? The food bag was crumbled up when handled to me and it was dirty obviously from the person handling it. Service was shocking, place looked closed like no customers , no music was all a bit off.

   Burger Pattie’s was half the size of the burger bun, smaller than a McDonald’s Petrie and smaller than the palm of my hand. It was also over cooked and chewy on the outside and still pink in the middle

   Staff just looked at me instead of taking order at beginning. Served half the order then started cooking the other half after . Didn’t listen to order when ordering it. Second time here thinking it would have been better then fist time but nope managed to be worse

   Honestly, quite possibly one of the best burgers I've had in ages, fries needed a bit more frying. Had a bad experience from BW in Gisborne a few years back...always rated BW from my first time in Upper Hutt 25+ years ago. Had an American Burger, fresh bun, thick burger pattie, not sloppy and over sauced. A++ will definitely be back again.

   Ordered at 7:55, said it would be ready by 8:15. Went in at 8:15 and they hadn’t even started making it yet and it took another 20 minutes. When I got home I realized half our order was missing. Never coming back because the staff are rude too

   Dry, tasteless and full of gristle. I asked the cook if the meat paddy was freshly cooked. It was very very very dry. Worst $70+ spent on our meal. Disappointing, especially with the fond memories of your then amazing Glendene Branch. Will not be back with my family.

   Friday 4 February 2022 9pm I'm giving 3 stars because the food was great. We got the Wisconsin with cheese and the Vegan Boss , both very nice. But our $5.50 chips were like 50c worth. I got 13 chips . Pretty sad that. Plus the Filipino lady was very very abrupt and I couldn't finish my order properly as she kept telling me the cost. I had to tell her I haven't finish yet Soooo annoying She kept saying ' nah not really enough when I asked for curly fries. Felt like she was annoyed because I changed my mind. The man cooking the burgers was really friendly... Keep him and sack her...
