Excellent food. Staff are hit and miss, sometimes you'll get a misery whose face would Crack if they smiled, but overall pretty good. Highly recommend
Food tasted nice, however I think my wife and I got food poisoning, as the next day I spend a lot of time in the toilet and she got a major fever
Check the amount at the cashier end!! Today my daughter and I both ordered small bowls from here and stated clearly more than once that we were each paying individually. However, the cashier tried to force me to pay for it together - with a premium on top! As she bustled to the next customer, I called her back and insisted on separate correct amounts....she was not impressed, but had to process two $15 bowls. So the lesson here - check you are being charged the correct amount. (This was never a credit card transaction so there was no excuse to add any surcharge.) While it takes effort to confront these situations, sneaky retailers should not be allowed to profit from their own inability to listen, act within the law, and here's an idea - apologise for your mistake.
I ordered chicken teriyaki and creamy chicken with brown rice, spinach and coleslaw, extra cheese, aioli and teriyaki sauce. Everything besides the creamy chicken was delicious. The portions are really good and the sauces weren’t too much and well spiced, though the creamy chicken wasn’t and the sauce had a weird look to it. It’s a fast service and two tables are directly available at the shop, though there are plenty of other tables in the whole food court.
Was pretty decent flavor wise. Some people have rated them low due to poor customer service, this is definitely a get your bowl and go type of place, don't shop here to drum up water cooler chat. The large filled me up more than a large mac attack combo from maccas and I didn't feel awful or sluggish afterwards. Meat wise it seemed enough but in NZ we do have an addiction to eating very large meat portions.
I have had lunch here for a few years, I enjoy the food but lately the pricing has steady increased so that now even a small dish is 14.90 and this portion size keep decreasing.
The workers are rude and you get little to no meat I think I counted about 5 little cubes of meat - not good for the price if they are not willing to give out amount of meat you pay for decrease the pricing
Just asked a guy on the counter if i can buy fee chicken pieces rather than whole bowl for my 3 year old kid and rudely advised No, only bowl needs to be ordered. Thats wierd business with no exception for certain situations where no one has control over it. Did not like the way they dealt with the situation.
love going to this place, always get the teriyaki and Moroccan and never fails to fill me up! so happy with this place, even though they had a price raise I think its worth it :) My wife is gluten-free and they have gluten free options for her that were delicious, the staff are so nice and welcoming.
They give you barely any meat. Got a choice of two meats, one was an average serving at best and the other was only 2 pieces of chicken. Then paid an extra $4.50 for more, and got only 4 more small pieces of chicken. Don’t like writing bad reviews but seriously disappointing
