Amazing service & attitude Handy location & parking Very clean takeaways doesn't have major oil smell it's clean. Food was amazing top Chinese takeaways in the whole of south auckland ordered a 4choice dish so tasteful worth the drive & $$ Highly recommend for a dish & catering
Bought a $35 tray tonight and to be very honest it looked like it was only $20 worth of food on it with only 4 choices to choose from which I thought it's a bloody rip off because you get 5 choices if you were to get a $18 tray plus the two staff that were on tonight are rude I asked to get a little bit more on my tray because it was small. Bloody rip offs never going there again.
Ordered from the smorgasbord but was very surprised to see the food was reheated in the microwave, which took away from the quality. I also got chicken nibbles but was asked to leave before I could even finish one. Not a great experience overall. Average for microwave leftovers tbh
Fat black bug on the bottom right of the photo was found inside my mums $10.50 container of sweet n sour, egg & fried rice. Disgusting.
I've been a regular customer for quite some time, and I've noticed the sizes getting smaller. Although I've felt this a few times, I never complained. However, today I'm extremely upset. The portions have shrunk so much that they're now equivalent to two one-dollar items. Initially, I overlooked it when there were one or two smaller pieces, but I ordered 30 pieces, and more than 10 pieces are significantly smaller. This is a disappointing customer experience.
Went to get dinner for the fams,i had eggfoo young +fried rice, rest had pork & rice, & vegtables, was all very nice, bit of a wait due to a very popular place.
We ordered 3 choices in the largest container. We came in around closing time. They filled up 60% of container with just rice, it was clear they were just trying to get rid of all of it from the tray. Then 35% of second option and literally only 5% of our third option. We asked for more of the third option as they literally only gave us a mouthful of it and they replied saying "but the container is full". We ordered 3 options, this means give us a third of each option not 65% of one, 35% of the other and 5% of the third option. Poor customer service. They did what was convenient to them by getting rid of the rice but that's not what we ordered.
Food was oily. Staff not happy that I asked for fresh food to be cooked as we are vegetarian and didn't want risk of cross contamination. Not good customer service.
Had ordered 4 hoki and it wasn't even hoki. It almost had the texture of a lemon shark. Fish was also smelly like it had been sitting out before putting in deep fryer. Very oily like it hadn't been drained and chucked straight into wrapping paper. Never getting fish from there
