“After 11+ years living overseas I've returned back to NZ and one of the first things I wanted to do was order a butterchicken + rice + naan combo. It brought me back to my childhood memories. It was creamy, rich, and well portioned. The flavours were how I remembered it. in times of inflation, companies and restaurants tend to reformulate their ingredients to cut cost, but Shamiana Albany has been consistent -reminded why I still love their food all these many years.”

“Thank you to the wonderful woman at front with the pretty blue flower earrings and the coffee maker with the twins and the chef in the back who was so gracious to rush when I was running late. Needed a quick bite for me and my kids before the boat took off and they accommodated me. The food (eggs and bacon on toast) was DELICIOUS and saved the day. Love their breakfast menu, had there dinner menu and their juices. Always kind staff and banger food. Most of my relatives say other Denny's in Auck are better. But this one just makes my family and I nostalgic.”

“An excellent Cafe. Pleasant decor, easy to access, pleasant and friendly staff. The food is varied and tasty with the Signature Selection Menu being a decided difference to the normal Coffee Club menu. I especially enjoy the new Lamb Shanks. Yum.”

“It had been several years since I last ordered from Domino’s Manukau, but after working in Drury all day, I decided to stop by to pick up some pizzas my son ordered. We had grown tired of our usual Ormiston branch, where the pizzas were often burnt, lacked enough cheese and toppings, and were unevenly cut. The Manukau team truly made the drive worthwhile. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, generously topped, and evenly sliced — a clear reflection of care and attention to detail.
