   Just visited this place (on a cruise) fantastic place to eat. Had the Beef and Guinness pie with veg and chips, wife had vegetable soup. The whole place was awesome, well done highly recommend

   Service was very good. Fries good and aioli sauce beautiful. However the cheeseburger was not the best. Partner liked the mash potatoes but steak abit rubbery. Could smell urine from the toilets from where we were sitting. Toilets had no locks on the doors in the men's, and no tap handles to turn taps on in women's toilet.

   Stumbled across this place while visiting Dunedin. Had a variety of different craft beers. Had the rump steak which was cooked very well with a nice butter on top. The salad was fresh and crispy and the dressing was very nice addition. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice steak served with a smile.

   Central bar/cafe with reasonable options for food and drink. Pint night specials on offer some nights. Fries are expensive for a handful, which varies in quality, i.e sometimes under cooked and not crispy. Some bartenders here will short pour pints, while others are fine, based on multiple visits. Table, leaner, streetside options for seating.

   A reasonable pub in the middle of town. A good range of drinks, including beers, wines and spirits. They also provide some food, that is reasonably priced. The staff are helpful and friendly. Worth a try.
