Very expensive cost more then a gas station or other grocery stores ..eg coffee cost 19.00 what a ripped off and bread 7.50 wouldn't shop there again
I went to this store several weeks ago and purchased a buy 2 products deal they had and I was charged more than what the offer was which luckily I noticed. The man said sorry and amended the charge. Then I went to this store the other day and bought the same 2 product deal from the same man and it happened again. I told him this happened the other week also and he said sorry but I do not like that they are overcharging as many people would not notice this. Very sneaky and I will not be back at this store.
Worst customer service! Dairy owner has zero customer skills or awareness. Too busy playing on laptop rather than serving customers. And when asked to hurry as it was cutting through smoko time, he said to wait and not be rude (but he thinks its not rude standing there playing on his laptop with customers waiting to be served). Eventually was not served and asked to go somewhere else. Very poor
This is my local dairy during weekdays as handy to job. The new owners are very nice, pleasant and always have a smile on their face. Both husband and wife are very well presented, always asking how's my day going etc.. love them
This is my local dairy next to our office - we get our milk here every other day. Always have great service and happy to help with any product enquiries.
Was there this morning. Woman behind the counter seemed more pre-occupied with her phone, appeared grumpy, and was flatly un-cooperative when asked questions around a service I was engaged to provide! Probably having a bad hair morning. I don't know who pays you to have an attitude like that(worse-maybe she is the owner), but you certainly could do with better communication skills and a SMILE.
Beware of being overcharged. Was almost overcharged for a drink but when i caught her she got defensive that its just 1c extra and no one ever questioned why she charges $5 for a drink thats $4.99. extremely rude and pathetic behaviour.
