Super nice friendly service. Food is pretty great too, really good value for money and in my opinion Pizza Hut is better than dominos now.
We came in 5-10 minutes before close. Ovens already off. We were absolutely desperate for food. These guys turned the oven back on for us and made a feast!!! What champs! Thank you all so much!
Excellent service and awesome pizzas
Always super good pizza, hot, cooked well, loaded with toppings and sauces. Chips always have plenty of salt, and when we have it delivered it is always arriving well before its arrivial time. The service is very above and beyonned. Compared to other pizza stores this te ngae branch has it on lock! Would 110% reccomend!
The boys down at Pizza Hut Te Ngae Road have been really good and kind to us. The pizza is always fresh and ready on time. I am greeted when I walk in, and one of the boys will be already grabbing my order as I approach the counter. Thanks for all your hard work, our family really appreciates it :)
I ordered a XL supreme and 8 chicken wings online. I went to go pick up my order. Drove about 1km back home to find out they made me a meatlovers, Knowing that a Supreme is a bit more expensive, I drove back to correct my order. They asked if I could wait 30min. I was hungry and getting impatient so I decided to keep the meat lovers pizza. So I stand there looking at the clerk and he says to me "what else do you want" I said my change. He said to me "No because you ordered online" Now I'm getting peed off at this guy. I told him the Supreme pizza is dearer than the meat lovers. So after he's doing 5min of research, He finally clicks and gives me my change. He tried to apologize but I just walked out. Now I drive back home, I go look in the bag of chicken wings and there's only 7, omg. Wrong order, Long wait, Rude clerk trying to short change me, wasted petrol, cold pizza and 7 wrinkly wings. Sharpen up Te Ngae Pizza Hut.

Waited a whole hour for my order because yous forgot it. Then gave me the hour long sitting chips. So disappointing yous shud be very ashamed! Was like eating cardboard
