   I am writing. A new review as the cafe has changed hands. I stopped and had a late afternoon coffee and carrot cake. The cake was very good and my coffee was well made and enjoyable. I am a coffee snob as I do not drink alcohol so my coffee is important the cafe was clean with nice atmosphere and bluesy music playing. Toilet clean and staff friendly

   We got a voucher on grabone for a 4 course winter dining experience. The garlic bread starter was a little small, half a piece each, yum but small. Our entrees were really good, calamari and chicken nibbles were very good and the seafood chowder had lots of seafood and was well seasoned. Mains were pasta, steak, chicken and market fish. All the mains were delicious and perfectly cooked except the salmon (market fish) was a little overdone and the spaghetti was broken up into little pieces which i didn’t love (sauce was so yum though) Desserts were a bit of a let down though, just cafe cabinet slices. Overall, portions were a good size for most things and the mains were the highlight for us! We were very full after the mains. Service was very lovely although there was a bit of a wait for mains and the table wasn’t cleared until the mains came out then they tried to serve mains and remove entree plates at the same time. Definitely a few kinks to work out but we really enjoyed our experience and I would love to come back to try brunch sometime.

   Delicious cuisine and exceptional service. We've been frequenting this place for a while and have never encountered any problems. The staff is incredibly friendly. It's perplexing why some individuals are leaving negative reviews for minor matters. Kudos to the Remuera team for their great work! We'll be back soon.

   Ordered a flat white and soy mocha but both tasted like warm milk. When ordering it was not busy, the young girl wrote the order down and my partner and I waited. 4 girls were in the kitchen when we ordered. Waited around 10mins when decided to ask what was taking so long as no one was making coffees. No apology from the manager when she asked for the order again and then she ran away after asking me to repeat the order 5 times. They heated the pain au chocolat that we order but over heated it too. Overall disappointed with the quality of food and service. Please train your staff better and teach them customer service.

   Worst meal ever!! Our entree of cheesy garlic bread was literally 3 pieces of bread toasted on one side and soggy on the other. Pizza was $30 each and tasted and looked like it was cooked in the microwave. So disappointed as we don’t eat out often and can make way better at home.

   Nice little cafe. Staff are friendly and attentive. Pizza was delish but they don’t have the option of thin crust. The buffalo wings that we ordered looks sad because the sauce is not put on we ask for mild spicy and the chef didn’t put it on so we can adjust how hot we want it. Service was quick as well. Price is reasonable too.

   Lovely Service. Friendly Ambience. My Second time,eating there. First Time,the Food was Beautiful. I ordered the Same Food,Both Times. Big Breakfast,Kids Pancakes,and Kids Ribs. Ribs were a Hefty Size,as was the Amazing Big Breakfast. Pancakes were a Delight. Loved it. Thanks heaps.
