   Just bought some groceries and was going to pay with gift card with things being so tight at the moment. Couldn't find it in the wallet, feeling like being on the spot so ended up paying with card. Then in 5 mins later found the gift card in the bag and went to the customer service asking if they could refund and use the gift card instead for that reciept kindly. But was bluntly told they can't and to use the card next time. So much for customer service or consideration of people's financial situation before Christmas when everything is so stretched. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate if you contact me I have the receipt and can bring it tomorrow. Thanks

   Where are the packers???? A full service supermarket is what I’m paying for. I’ve packed my groceries 10 weeks in a row now. If it gets to 12, I’m gone. Where have my favourite products gone???? So I get it Pam’s is cheaper retail; NW probably make a bigger margin, but choice and selection are what I come for. Last three weeks I’ve had to go to another supermarket to get bread, currents, orange juuce and passata. Eve apples are saving your bacon atm VERY POOR UPDATE....I'm gone. Huge surprise a packer was in evidence the next week, but never again. Last week was Santa parade with a huge number of people around pre and post - not a packer in sight, people walking away and abandoning their trolleys

   Where are the packers? Also Dwily Organics drinks are no longer stocked. I am really fed up with all the vegan products. Where’s the whole range of Creamery Road icecreas? There are far too many coconut products like coconut yoghurts, etc.

   Used to be my go to supermarket in Dunedin (not that we have much choice) but has been getting worse and worse over the last 12 months or so. So often out of stock on many items with few or no alternatives, dropping ranges they have carried for years that are still available, having staff stocking shelves with big trolleys of boxes during busy hours where its already crowded, fewer and fewer varieties of fresh meat available, and often in inconvenient packaging sizes, and now they've extended the self checkouts barely any staff working the actual checkouts not to mention staff closing a checkout with multiple people in line. Multiple times recently have had to visit a second supermarket to finish our shop.

   Really good, healthy food for sale in the Deli. Inexpensive and tastie. Also handy in terms of just a five minute walk from accommodation. The vibe is very relaxing unlike Countdown which was crowded with multiple security guards in store.

   A reasonable sized supermarket with a wide range of products available on offer at good prices. Neat and tidy. Relatively friendly service. Plenty of parking available on site. Not too bad a location to proximity to the CBD.

   This supermarket is not as big as typical supermarket is but it has variety of items that you need at reasonable price. It is situated in the city center and very accessible as it's a few walks away from the city bus hub
