“This is a wonderful coffee shop, and the owner is really nice. They take the time to ask about your food and drink preferences, which makes the experience feel personal. I really enjoy coming here everything is good, and the friendly service stands out. Highly recommend!”
“Amazing food! The owner is so nice and kind. Offered himself to take a photo of us. Creamiest pasta I've ever had.”
“It was my first time at a vegan restaurant but I did enjoy my meal. We left it up to the chef and chose the big feast option which is $59pp (minimum 2 people) and a wine pairing for 1 person $35. I was so stuffed I had to go for a walk afterwards.”
“Absolutely delicious! This place serves an amazing variety of authentic Indonesian dishes. Our favorites are the mie ayam komplit and the soto .Every bite feels comforting and made with love. The owners, Mba Tina and her husband Riko, are incredibly friendly. They always welcome us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality.”

“One of Wellington's hidden gems — absolutely amazing food and drink, catering to anyone's dietary requirements. Edit 2020/12/01: As of 8 months later, the food is even more amazing — a testament how the staff always welcome constructive criticism and use it to continually improve. Definitely recommended!”
“EXCELLENT. I wish we had one where I live. The baked goods are very high quality.”
“The staff member was very friendly and welcoming and my food came out quickly! It was excellent - I got the chicken souvlaki as well as baklava. The restaurant is nice inside and has Greek charm.”
“Best coffee in Christchurch! Whenever I’m back visiting Christchurch I always come here for a flatwhite and a focaccia sandwich. Delicious. Sorry I ate the food before taking a photo.”
On the plate at DOMI SICHUAN SNACKS/SUSHI, the idea is pan‑Asian comfort and well judged. Serve sizes show solid value. Service stays present without fuss. Dumplings and bowls carry clear, direct flavours.
“Coffee was really great with satisfying blend and aroma. I liked the latte art design in my flat white that was simply adorable! The brownie cake was good though not really impressed with its lightness and airy-moist texture and it would be better if whipped cream was applied on the side. Cosy atmosphere with a touch of minimalists plant collections, loved it! Great customer service and friendly staffs. I will surely comeback.”
“Great selection of sushi and top tier customer service. It really does live up to its name ‘wow sushi’, highly recommend!”
The kitchen at Hell Pizza Te Awamutu takes a pizza‑first path and lets the food speak. Front‑of‑house runs with calm, helpful energy. Plates offer plenty without weighing things down. A sensible spend for the spread.
“Awesome little brewery. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Delicious. Cheers guys!”
“I wish all businesses were like this one: small and dedicated to their craft. Coffee makes you melt, scones are marvelous and bagels are delish! 10 out of 10. Good place!”
“Service is fantastic, willing to work with us , whatever the time or day. The crew are friendly and adhere to all our requests involving health and safety etc.”
“Thank you Greg for such a wonderful afternoon. You are such a great guide. Peter and I had a great time visiting 4 wineries and drinking very tasty wines. We met wonderful people from around the world. I always find such encounters interesting because the first few minutes are usually pretty formal with hellos, where are you from... and after having a few glasses of wine, we are like old friends having wonderful chats, laughing and we could not stop chatting. The glue to a wonderful tour is definitely Greg. You made us feel extremely relaxed, comfortable and the wineries were fantastic. In conclusion, if you are thinking about going for a wine tour... JUST GO ! Grape Escape is highly rrecommended. Peter & Hong (Malaysia) 3rd December 12pm”
“Can't recommend this place enough! That’s our weekend go-to to start with, such a great food presentation, lovely live plants and canvas to lit-up the aesthetic of the cafe. Awesome and wholesome services from this family run business! They were always welcoming and serve with the smile. My special thanks to Summer, Harriet, Gabby and their wider team. You can definitely feel the homely and the love they put in their food and service.”
“Staff is very polite. I had teriyaki salmon on rice. They used a mix of purple and white rice. So delicious. The place is also very clean.”
“One of the best sushi places in Auckland. The ingredients are fresh and in generous portions, and there's a great selection of flavours. The tables in the courtyard are fabulous to sit in the sun and people watch. Would recommend.”
“The best place for breakfast & lunch on Waiheke Island! Lovely spot with few seats outside, offering stellar breakfasts with REAL french patisserie goods (only place we got a like-in-Paris croissant in weeks...), as well as yummy sandwiches & burgers around lunchtime. Prices significantly lower than rest of the island while the food is better here. We came back twice during our three day-stay on the island!”
“I don't know how many of you know about this hidden gem. This Filipino BBQ restaurant is yum and charm, especially to the meat lovers you really don't want to miss it. Upper Queen right opposite the park, small venue but very worth the penny you pay. Great Filipino hospitality, one person to handle almost everything still wear his natural smile. The pork ribs, steak and the adolbo (Filipino slow cooked pork ribs) are the three recommendations you must try.”
“In my shortlist for best coffee in Wellington, really really good stuff. Have been here many times over a few months and each time has been great. The staff are well trained as is minimal variation in results. Great sitting outdoors too.”
“Absolutely love this place! Hands down the best coffee in Christchurch—maybe even the world. The team is always in great spirits and incredibly efficient at getting your coffee just right. Their baked goods are also top-notch! You can text in your order for convenience, or relax in the outdoor space, which is perfect if you’ve got a toddler in tow”

“Always awesome. As a couple we would visit Bootleg at least monthly and each visit is just a great experience. The venue is comfy, rustic, an excellent example of giving life into an old building. The staff go out of their way to welcome us and free tastings are part of the experience. I am not an avid craft beer drinker, but there are so many other options, cider/sours/ lagers...the rhubarb cider when on tap is amazing. Thanks Bootleg team”
