In a less civilized time, wars would have been fought over almond croissants like these. Factor in meals bursting with flavour and good coffee and you've got a full package here. My personal favourite dish is the salad with pork or beef, I'm not normally one to go for salads but it all comes together very nicely. The burgers pack a punch and are not to be underestimated, honestly the entire menu's delicious. Cute store and lovely staff, would recommend.

Some of the tastiest food I've ever eaten! The place has a lovely atmosphere, so much variety, is very reasonably priced, and is so friendly! Waiheke is extremely lucky to have such quality in Oneroa village. I must recommend the almond croissant – and I'm not even usually a fan of almond croissants. It's one of the only places I can think of where I enjoy every single item on the menu; it's all incredible.

I love this cage the food is amazing and the service is awesome. Definitely recommend the fish tacos or burgers. I want to go there every day of the week. The price was super cheap for tasty meals. You should definitely come here. Five stars.

The best place for breakfast & lunch on Waiheke Island! Lovely spot with few seats outside, offering stellar breakfasts with REAL french patisserie goods (only place we got a like-in-Paris croissant in weeks...), as well as yummy sandwiches & burgers around lunchtime. Prices significantly lower than rest of the island while the food is better here. We came back twice during our three day-stay on the island!

My husband and I came here three times in two days and tried to order as many things as we could because everything was amazing - the food was unbelievable and much cheaper than a lot of other places, the coffee was the best we've have in a long while, and the owner was the loveliest Frenchman! We wish we could have stayed longer to try more dishes but it will have to wait until next time. What a gem of a spot, start here so you don't need to go anywhere else. Favourite dishes: everything we tried was fantastic but my favourite was the dusty breakfast (filled homemade ciabatta) and the coffee, and my husband's favourite was the fish tacos.

Great little spot, the staff were friendly and the crossaint was delicious. Worth a stop by to grab some food or drink. Will be coming round again.

The Dusty breakfast was delicious and a good portion (even speaking as an American where our portions are absurd). Highly recommend a quick stop as you begin to explore the island.

Great Service. Great food. Great portion size. This place is well worth a visit (or more) by locals and tourists alike. Everything on the menu is tasty and will leave you feeling satisfied.
