At short notice I requested a quote for Dobsons to service 62 heatpumps at The Gardens Village. Their reply was speedy and priced really well. They were able to attend the following week and over 3 days complete the full service. My residents found the staff very polite and accommodating and felt they did a thorough job. I highly recommend Dobsons and their staff. I dealt direct with Sandy who was very efficient and even came to visit me to introduce herself and Raul who attended on-site and gave excellent service.

Did not ring back when they said they would. Did not say they were busy due to it being school holidays, that's why our job would take longer. When we finally got the serviceman he was awesome.
I had engaged Dobson to provide the quota for the job. Nearly the second part of the job started we had agreed on the price. Once the job is done I receive the bill of 70% overcharged from the agreed amount. I contacted the account to edit the invoice and send the correct amount. This never happened. I feel the company is not providing clear communication. I found the overcharged amount is very extreme and unfair to consumers as they had provided the quota not an estimated price. This includes the company charging me for someone turning up to the premise on the job that should have been done correctly in the first place. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
The guy from Chile was polite, personable and nice and took off his muddy boots before entering the flat...very impressed that he cleaned up after himself and left no mess. The job was done quickly and the air con in dining room looked disgraceful before clean then looked like brand new afterwards. Thanks!
A+++++ We were blown away by the service and communication! We’ve since used Dobson’s a number of times and every job has been booked and completed efficiently. They were able to complete (fix!) jobs that other electricians had attempted and could explain what the initial problem had been. Very pleased with their team.
